Loftus Dental

I needed an emergency same day crown. They worked me into their schedule quickly. The staff are friendly and very efficient. The new crown fits great. I would highly recommend Loftus Dental!

My son has been a patient here for some time, and while I always thought that Dr. Loftus could improve his bedside manner, it has never been too big of an issue. However, today he treated with the most appalling services we have ever received from him or any other dentist. Not only was Dr. Loftus rude, when the numbing shots did not work, my 10-year old son began to scream. Dr. Loftus became irritated and said, "Calm down, we don't scream here. If you're going to continue to scream, you're going to have to go somewhere else." Mind you, he was pulling an already painful molar from my son's mouth. However, my son quieted himself to crying. Once the procedure was done, Dr. Loftus got up and walked out; he didn't say anything to my son or my husband. Thank you very much for showing your ability to care for children. We will definitely be going somewhere else.

They are so welcoming! So understanding. And very affordable! Will leave a better and more in depth review as I get done with all the work I need. But I will say my husband went in before me and had deep cleaning, cavities filled and Whiting done. And had a great experience!

Jeff and staff are second to none. The best dental provider that I have ever visited. Everyone is so professional and courteous. Who would ever think that you would look forward to your next dental appointment, but i can!! Thanks again Jeff to you and your great team.

After researching dental offices in the area, I chose Loftus Dental due to good reviews. I made an appointment on a Friday afternoon for the following Wednesday; The soonest they could fit me in for a cracked tooth. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the morning of the procedure. I called three times, over the course of an hour, before someone picked up. When I did get a hold of a receptionist on the phone, she was extremely rude. The level of customer service is something to be desired. I was rudely told that they had put aside two hours for my appointment, and that they require two business days notice for a cancellation. In response, I informed her that this was my first appointment with their business and I was not notified of their policy prior to this morning. She said she would allow it this one time, however in the future, they will need a payment before booking an appointment.

Obviously, I am in pain, I have a cracked tooth. I would not have cancelled if there wasn't a reason I could not make it in.

Work on your customer service, Loftus Dental. I'll be going somewhere else.

Like many others, dental visits have topped my list of experiences I wanted to avoid. Still, I understood the value of good dental health. This led to a pattern of seeking a new place to go every couple years. It was easy to find reasons why "I hate going to the dentist". That has all changed. My husband's and I have been with Dr Jeff for almost 10 years for routine and more complicated dental care. Not leaving!

the staff took care of my dental emergency completely. they were so kind and completely cared for my issue. im new in town and was so grateful for their knowledge and expertise. i will be happy to bring my whole family there.

Very professional office; excellent work. I got two, new, beautiful front teeth in about three hours. But you don't have to take my word for it. Jeff Loftus has published a book full of excellent photographs that you can check out in their waiting room. Seeing that gave me the confidence to trust him with my smile.

Good hygienist that knew my needs and covered them professionally. Dr was encouraging with future treatments needed.
