I’ve been going to Concord Mills for manyyyy years now, and I love it! My family and boyfriend go here as well, and we have no complaints! Dr. Tincher is wonderful, as well as Susan. She always remembers little details about my life and cares enough to ask how things have been. Carla (Karla?) up front is always so helpful with scheduling and accommodating around my work schedule. I also love Auburn? I think that’s her name. She was so sweet and comforting, especially for someone like me who doesn’t particularly enjoy dental work!

This dental office is definitely one of the best I’ve ever visited. The staff is super knowledgeable and patient with your questions regarding insurance or your appointment. They are very fair in pricing and prompt with follow-ups and future scheduled visits. Dr. Tincher accepted me as a patient when another office turned me down while I was in excruciating pain. He was completely booked that day but insisted I come in so he can provide me relief. You can tell he truly cares about his work and he’s been nothing short of amazing! He is precise with his recommendations and always shows you what he is going to perform and there are never any surprises with his procedures, I feel relaxed and calm with him and his assistant. Very thankful I found this office and I will be a lifelong patient.

This office is fantastic they are so kind and understand and they are AMAZING at what they do. However, there is a hygienist named Susan, she’s young so don’t get her confused with the other Susan who has been practicing a LOT longer. This new young hygienist Susan is not someone you want. Make sure you don’t have her as your hygienist. I had her as my hygienist and have never in my life walked out with my mouth bleeding excessively. As I was sobbing due to some dental anxiety she had the audacity to tell me it was because I don’t floss enough, she has no training in patient care. No understanding at all of how to take care of a patient. Do not go to this new Susan, you’ll regret it.
