After visiting several different dentist offices over the years in Nashville I was referred to Dr. Kendrick by a friend. I absolutely LOVE the office and all of the staff! Everyone is so professional, kind, and they all have the best skill set I've seen at ANY dental office in Nashville, They don't cut corners or give you the run around about your treatment plan. I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist. In the last 2 years I have been to 3 or 4 different dentists in a failed effort to find a thorough yet understanding, patient, and caring one. Then my husband and I came across Concord Mills. It was near the house so we figured we would give it a try. I am SO glad that we did!! They got us in quickly, even as new patients! The staff there is wonderful! They actually care about your experience :) I couldn't ask for a better hygienist!!!!! The xrays were a piece of cake, the cleaning was gentle, and the exam of my teeth and mouth was very thorough! Dr. Kendrick was wonderfully nice and personable as well. It is so nice to find a place that is there to help you and not shove product down your throat for extra costs. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! AND I even won the drawing they had!!!!!!! THANK YOU CONCORD MILLS! You have honestly made my life a lot less stressful!

Had a great experience with my appointment yesterday. Got in a few minutes late due to traffic and they were very understanding. Holly took me right back and was very pleasant as always. Easy cleaning, out in an hour, and of course you've got to love free whitening for life!

Came here for a cleaning after neglecting my teeth for quite a while due to a bad experience as a child. I was pretty nervous and scared but they took care of me very well and made me feel so much better. Went back to get a crown and a cavity filled today and it was the best dentist experience I've ever had! Couldn't believe how easy it was, I don't think I'll be nervous at all next time!

Had a same day tooth extraction performed. Tooth was badly infected and the staff made me feel as comfortable as possible. Everthing went well and I can not thank them enough! They just gained a new, long term patient!

As always (it's been well over 12 years) everyone is friendly, attentive, and shows interest in you and your family. From front door to leaving the office everyone makes your feel special.
I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time (real world time not Doctor time.)
My dental hygienist (Mandy) always remembers things we talked about 6 months earlier and wants to pick up our conversation like it happened 5 minutes ago. She is always fun and interesting to talk with, I just love her. I have rescheduled appointments just so I can be seen by her.
Dr. Kendrick always comes in to see me during my hygienist appointment, and will always ask if I have any questions he can answer or anything he can do for me, even though he very seldom makes any money from me over the cost of cleaning.
I am a smoker who is trying to quit. Dr. Kendrick worries about more than your dental health, he cares about your overall health. So much so that he told me If I quit he will give me a tooth whitening for free, he truly does care that much, not just about your teeth but your overall health.
Do a search this is not a cheap process, and he wants to give it to me for free just to see me quit smoking, and live a longer healthier life.
