Such a positive upbeat Team. I say, "Team", because they all work together to get the job done without getting in each others way. Knowing what's next and communicating as if they have been working together for years to take care of the same patient. Like a bunch of eager beavers moving to and fro and as focused on getting the job done the right way. Very Friendly Staff not only towards each patient but toward each other. I like it there. No worries about weather or not they will pamper your teeth but also you, the patient.

She notified me of every new move during the procedure so that I was always aware of what was happening.

Dr. Bradshaw and his team are amazing. I had my first every extraction, nervous yes, but didn't feel a thing, AWESOME!!! They put me at ease by talking me through what to expect next. Besides the comfortable experience in the office, which is always great and quick, was the follow up call from Dr. Bradshaw himself, not a recording, not an assistant, but HIM. You just don't get that anymore. THANK YOU!!!!

Excellent Dental office! Upon arriving you are met by Brandi, a friendly and knowledgeable lady, immediately putting you at ease. Dr. Bradshaw is highly educated and a true Dental Professional, second to none. My Hygienist, Lacy is the best that I ever experienced, professional, and a fine young lady, never causing any discomfort during dental cleanings. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with Heritage Family Dental. They are open for business as usual, with all safe procedures for protection for patient and staff during the pandemic.

Heritage Family Dentistry’s customer experience was just awesome! It all started with the smile that I could see even with the mask on at the front desk with Brandy! She was so helpful in explaining the financial part and working with my hectic schedule so I can get my necessary dental work done! Jennifer and Dr. Bradshaw are just so efficient and informative in helping with my dental process! I stayed laughing in there even with a numb mouth! LOL! I HIGHLY recommend this office to EVERYONE!

I have had nothing but fantastic interactions with the staff of Heritage, from Dr. Bradshaw through the hygienist to Brandy. I just went yesterday for some work and was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Bradshaw called me directly to check up on me. They were caring while I was there and they cared after I went home. Very nice office! The staff is very warm and welcoming and helps put your dental worries at ease. I really liked how they take the necessary time with you and make the patient and your needs a priority. Glad to have finally found the perfect home for my dental care!! Be sure to request the neck wraps. They are fantastic!

Recently went in for my regular 6 month cleaning and as always they did a fantastic job. More impressive is how clean the office is and how they go above and beyond to keep it a safe environment. I do not worry about COVID 19 when I am having dental work performed.
As an aside, my regular hygienist had left this practice and a temporary hygienist took her place. She did an awesome job and as I talked with her I asked if other dentist offices were this clean and she said no.
I highly recommend Dr. Bradshaw and his team without any reservations.
