Thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, personable just to name a few. I love that they also use the latest technology in their practice, plus offer little comforts like a heated neck pillow.

This was probably one of the best experiences I have had with healthcare. A friendly receptionist helped me schedule my appointment and greeted me warmly when I arrived. My hygienist, Alyssa, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I was educated throughout about what was being done and about dental health promotion. Dr. Bradshaw was thorough and took the time to educate and hear my concerns. Compassionate, efficient, excellent!! I am thankful!

I LOVE the whole team at Heritage Family Dentistry! I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but Dr. Bradshaw’s team creates an atmosphere unlike any other experience I’ve had. Every detail - from the way you are greeted on the phone to the pain-free procedures to the attentive and positive staff - is thoughtfully carried out with an aim to serve and to bless. I cannot say enough good things! Very thankful to have found a dentist I can trust and an experience I no longer dread!

I was very positively impressed on my first visit to HFD. As she checked my mouth, and cleaned my teeth, the hygienist was not only friendly and personable, but also very gentle and thorough.. Dr Bradshaw was likewise, friendly, personable, and very professional. Further, he was very sensitive to the fact that I drove 70+ miles for this visit, explaining he knows a dentist closer to my home who he recommends. He said he’d love to have my business but he understands distance driving to see a dentist can be a hardship for some. After 26 years with the same DDS in WI, I was delighted to find a DDS in TN that I felt I can fully trust. HFD will definitely retain my business.

Dr. Bradshaw is caring, compassionate and capable. He seeks the best for his patients and goes above and beyond to give the most personal care possible. Such a gift to have him and his practice in Knoxville !

Best dental office I have ever been to. Alison in the front was so sweet! Kaitlyn really listened to my needs, she did a great job cleaning my teeth! She was gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The entire staff was very welcoming. I did not get everyone’s names but anyone who walked past me said hi with a smile and they all seemed so happy to be there!

We are new to the area, and finding a highly regarded dentist is very important to us. I read reviews and looked at several practices in our area, and we decided upon Heritage Family Dentistry. My first appointment was last week, and I was very pleased with the experience. The office is bright, clean, modern and welcoming, Every member of the staff is extremely friendly, communicative and dedicated to a patient's comfort and understanding. They offered options for areas of concern I discussed (whitening, possible invisalign, etc) and gave me a thorough and professional exam. My hygienist was WONDERFUL! We are thrilled to have found such a first rate dental practice! **UPDATE 6/30/22: I went in for a crown prep at this office on Monday 6/27, and again, had a good experience. My first crown, really was not bad! BUT, my temp fell off 3 days later, so I called the office after hours on the 29th. Left a message and left another on the emergency number, 8pm. I decided to go into the office at 8am today to be there when they arrived, but the office was closed ahead of the 4th of July holiday! I panicked! A young woman arrived (Allison, I think?) to answer phones for the day, and she explained that no one was available and referred me to their practice of choice for when they are closed. I absolutely panicked as I have a flight to Colorado for business tomorrow and was in SUCH pain. My mind was racing, "who are these new dentists, do I pay them all over again (crowns are not inexpensive!), will they relieve my pain, will they do a good job, etc".... I was about to freak out.
Again, we are new here, I have never had a crown, I was in pain and had to leave town for a week. While I called the other practice and left a message, she reached Dr. Bradshaw. He came in to the office before leaving town with his family for vacation, took time to listen to me, had to set up the area in which to work, and he worked on me to revise the temp crown and get it reinstalled, all the while with a GREAT attitude (Allison, too!) and gave me peace of mind. There are no words for what their actions mean to me.
