I have been coming to this office for 20 years. First when it was Dr Thaxton's office and when it transitioned to Tennessee Family Dental. I have been receiving excellent dental care for all of those years. The staff and new dentists made the transition seamless. They have taken care of my children through adulthood. Tennessee Family Dental is the most pleasant atmosphere upon walking through the doors. You will be greeted as if you are a family member. Every staff member is more than willing to answer any question you may have about your visit. My personal hygienist is Christi and I could not ask for a more polite lady to conduct my dental work. I would give 10 stars if possible.

I had to have a tooth pulled and I was so scared from past experiences with other dentists
But Dr Blair and his assistants made me feel comfortable, their office has a laidback atmosphere and is very comfortable
The biggest plus is I didn’t feel any pain from the shots or him pulling my tooth
I have now found my new dentist

First of all, I agree that the staff and the doctors are very nice and kind people.
Secondly, the doctor told me that I have 6 teeth that need to be filling.
I said "well let's fix them"
- The doctor did the filling for the 6 teeth ONLY in 50 minutes which is wierd that he finished them in such a short time.
- I had NO PAIN before the filling, but after the filling there's two of the 6 teeth are hurting me very bad and when I went back to the doctor he told me that this two teeth need another type of filling and covering them with crown. keep in mind y'all that this will cost me a big amount of money.
- I felt that they trying to make money and don't care about how priceless my teeth are .

Anything in my teeth to get money.
- Now, I feel alot of pain and my teeth are indeed for different kind of filling which will cost me around $1800, and all this because the filling weren't made RIGHT from the beginning.
Finally, I am so sorry to tell you about my bad experience but it's what it's.

Dr. Scott is a wonderful dentist, she is honest and explains everything very throughly! Her staff is very friendly, I have alot of dental anxiety and they all made me feel so comfortable. I will be taking my whole family to this office!!!
