The staff here is AMAZING! I came in with some pretty bad wisdom teeth pain and they were able to refer me to a doctor who could take them out next day. I came back for my cleaning and loved getting to chat with Dr. King, Christy and Kelly. Being new to the area I was very impressed with how well they took care of a stranger and made me feel at home. I'll be returning here for all my dental needs.

One of the best dentist I have ever had! I haven’t been to the dentist in years because I was afraid of the polishing device. They made me feel warm and welcome even sending me A holiday card. I am so thankful to be a patient but more importantly part of their family! Thank you for making my cleaning tolerable and I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Sxheduled me an 8 am appointment. I drove 45 minutes to the appointment only for them to call me when I was approaching the building to tell me that we needed to reschedule the appointment. Didn't give a reason for the cancellation but asked me to make another appointment. I waited three days for this appointment with a severe toothache. Really!!! Why dont you pay ME for failing to cancel my appointment 24 hours prior!!!

What a great place! I had a routine cleaning today. I mentioned a dull toothache so they took x-rays. Eased my fears as issue is from grinding my teeth. Awesome Customer Service! I highly recommend them! The Dr and Staff were great! Didn’t try to sell me unnecessary crown replacements. I’ll definitely go back in 6 months-

They cancelled on my son for being a few minutes late (no fault of his own). I have NEVER been taken back at my actual appointment time at this office and I've been going there for almost 15 years, and then they cancelled on him because he was 3 minutes late. Give me a break. The office manager was very rude and condescending when I called and kept talking over the top of me. I've been on the fence for several years about staying because of all the turnover in personnel. During my last visit, one of the dentist there recommended work that my VA Dentist later said was totally unnecessary. I've totally lost faith in this establishment. I guess with all the people moving to Lebanon, they probably won't have any shortage of patients, but they will have three less as of today. My two sons and I will be going elsewhere.
