Dr. Ramirez is very thorough but also gentle. She explained everything she was doing and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions. She’s very pleasant and friendly in a professional way. The local anesthetic she used worked perfectly and I had no pain. The office staff—techs, hygienist and bookkeeper/insurance guru are top notch and very easy to work with. I also like the fact that they text me reminders and appointment information. Great dental practice all the way around!

What an amazing staff! Yolanda was so helpful and kind. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and they made me feel very comfortable. Both her and the Dr explained everything to me and made sure I was aware of what needed to be done. So very thankful to of found them and will always be back!

I have a lot of work that needed to be done on my teeth from treating bad gums and deep-seated plaque/tartar, to wisdom teeth extractions to orthodontics, and I selected Addison Dental on a whim.

I'm very happy with their service and care. Just seeing before and after comparison s of my teeth after finishing my plaque and gums treatment was incredibly encouraging. They've also been very careful with the current pandemic; the office is clean, they take patients' temperature upon entering, etc.

It's been great so far and I highly recommend them.

I have found my experience with The Addison Dentist to be excellent. I found my way to their door after my previous Dentist, Dr. Peter Landesberg, retired. I am not the best patient- don't always have my insurance in order and I definitely need to floss more- but their staff is always there to guide and support. Dinah has been cleaning my teeth for many years and I cannot speak to her care enough. She has amazing technical skills and a wonderful chair-side manner. Crystal is patient and thorough with my appointments and billing. The rest of the team is top-notch. Dr. Ramirez performed two root canals for my over a year ago. At this time I have had no follow up issues or discomfort. If you are looking for a primary care dentist in the North Dallas area, look no further.

I absolutely LOVE The Addison Dentist. Everyone in the office is so lovely, kind, and welcoming. I especially enjoy the incredible care given by Dr. Ramirez. She always makes sure I am comfortable during exams and procedures (I used to really dislike dental visits, but now I don't mind them!). She also remembers me! I see her every six months, and we catch up like old friends. There is no doubt that she cares about her patients as people. I also love Yolanda! Yolanda is my dental hygienist. She is such a doll and so gentle with cleanings. Like Dr. Ramirez, Yolanda cares about about the care I need and individualizes her advice. EXCEPTIONAL DENTIST OFFICE! Thank you so much!

I have been going to The Addison Dentist for years and i love it. They are very friendly and skilled at what they do. Would recommend them highly. They make going to the Dentist a much more enjoyable experience. Eric W.

The dentist chair is certainly no match for house seats or home plate VIP sections, or 50 yd line with field access, but the Addison Dentist made it remarkably not atrocious. A super talented doctor and a supportive, kind and communicative tech allowed me to almost enjoy getting a crown and front tooth filling. I highly recommend them.

The entire staff at The Addison Dentist is amazing! Every time I go in for my cleaning, Yo is so friendly and takes the time to get to know you as more then just a patient. They make going to the dentist very comfortable and I highly recommend them.

I have to admit I’m not the best patient when it comes to seeing a dentist, I always have a knee jerk reaction to hit them if they come near my mouth! After having 2 bad experiences at a young age, I swore off dentist forever!! Although, after having some pain and bleeding gums I finally put on my big girl pants and went to a dentist. I did research and then ended up at the Addison Dentist. My first appointment was great!! From the wonderful ladies at the front desk to the hygienist and Dr. Ramirez. They were so gentle and told me step by step what they were doing and going to do. They took extra time (after I told them about my horrible childhood experiences) they always made sure I was ok! I really and truly appreciate that b/c let’s face it no one likes going to the doctors, let alone a Dentist! After such a nice experience with them I went back for my 1st teeth cleaning.

I was always hesitant to go back but once again they were just so tremendously helpful and sweet and catered to my needs. My hygienist “Yo” was such a sweet heart and so attentive. She made sure I was ok and calmed my nerves.

I highly recommend this place b/c we all need some hand holding every once in a while and I found that the ladies who work at this place are more than accommodating! They have a patient for life with me! I would give them an A+ on everything!

From the moment you walk in, you can tell that the entire team truly cares about you dental health. The receptionists are friendly and the dental hygienists take wonderful care of you. Dr. Ramirez is outstanding and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I've found a dentist that I feel like I will have for years to come!
