I had a very pleasant experience as my first time being in the office. Everyone is super nice and kind and the hygienist(Yo) is super helpful and my entire process with her was painless. upon arriving at the office, I had to wear my mask and the staffs had masks on and they tested my temperature before taking me to the back. During the whole cleaning process, Yo had her face shield on.

Dr. Ramirez is AMAZING! I have a huge anxiety when it comes to dentists. She is so gentle and caring. She called and texted to make sure I'm doing alright after a procedure and continued to stay in contact with me. Who does that? Her bedside manner is top notch! I highly recommend her!

With the option to choose any dentist today, I choose the Addison Dentist. Cost is not important to me, so I choose this dentistry because of the atmosphere. The dentist, hygienists, and the front desk are all very friendly and take the time to know me and my household. I feel very comfortable when I go. I am also made to feel comfortable. I have been going for over 3 years.When I find a dentistry this caring, I tend to stay. The work is very good. I have had partials, tooth removal, root canal, cleaning, modern testing, and gum treatment. It's rare to find good dentistry and good customer care.

Brooke Granger and Dr. Contrucci took the best care of my wife, at a time when I she was pretty nervous. They were very comforting and had immaculate attention to details, including her emotional comfort. The customer service was outstanding. They kept in touch with us and made us feel very special. Now, I'm bringing my whole family of 6 to see them. They are great. I highly recommend.

I love this place!! They are nice and don't keep you waiting. I also liked the fact that they didn't poke me with needles to do my teeth cleaning instead used a spray to numb the area. Dr.Williams is no longer there but the new dentist seems very nice and he basically said the same thing Dr.Williams said about my wisdom teeth. I don't think they are a scam or money hungry bc I have gone to other places much more expensive and that said I needed more done than what I really needed. Great Job Addison Dentist Staff :)

This is the first place that’s made me feel at home in the dentist chair. From the receptionists to the dentists everyone is so kind and you can tell their number one priority is keeping you comfortable and helping you get what you want out of the visit. I would highly recommend The Addison Dentist to anybody.

I’ve been going to the same dentist since 2000 and in the past year I had to find a new office (insurance changed).... but the folks at The Addison Dentist have won me over (and now I’m glad my insurance changed haha)!!! Everyone was so nice and accommodating to any needs or concerns I had. I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning!

To start with, the dental experience at The Addison Dentists starts at the front door. The Addison Dentist employees several caring and helpful individuals; one being the ever smiling and personable, Jackie at the front of the office. Her kind hello and sense of humor ease the mind while being at… The Dentist. Thank you to you and to all.
I am elated to share my amazing experiences after being lucky enough to have found the remarkable talent embodies at The Addison Dentist.
I’ve been a patient for the past 5 1/2 years and feel I have finally found a dentistry group that is highly educated, very well experienced and extremely personable. Dr. Ramirez is thoughtful in her approach to dental care and makes suggestions for my smile, teeth and future over health with calm, yet persuasive successive recommendations that make sense aesthetically and financial. It’s been an incredible experience and, thank you.
Equal in my mind is the importance of my dental hygienist. Never in my 56 years have I had a hygienist as thoughtful and caring as Yolanda Shrell. Her personal approach is comforting. Yolanda is also calm in her approach to care yet just persuasive enough to make me want to ‘do better’ for her and in turn and as she knows all too well, better for me and my personal hygiene. So, thank you again.
I will be moving from Addison area next year but, believe me when I say I will travel the earth to come back for care with this amazing team.
