Went in to my scheduled appointment with their recommended supplemental insurance. Was told It would take 47 days till I could get an extraction because it required a dental surgeon. Frustrated some money has been paid out and looks like I have to start over. Who is going to wait that long? Perhaps they need to revisit cases such as mine and how they could provide better service. On the positive side Staff and Doctor were friendly and professional.

Scheduled an appointment, they kept rescheduling few hours before the actual appointment. Happened four times. And they would spam call you everyday to ask you to reschedule your appointment after having fault on their end. Waste of time. Dont make an appointment here, its the worst.

The staff was very friendly and they had got me in pretty quickly for a broken tooth to be looked at for initial consultation. I guess they have a traveling dentist that comes once a month for root canals, so I had to schedule out a month in advance. The staff sent me reminders through the time frame (which was wonderful). BUT the day of the appointment within a matter of hours beforehand, I got a phone stating they would have to cancel due to a unforeseen emergency with the doc. It happens, right? Well they don't have a time frame for me at this point, and would just have to call me for a new appointment. I admit I read all the prior reviews with scheduling problems, but thought since it was so far in advance maybe it wouldnt be a problem, BUT I thought wrong. So now I've had a broken tooth for a month now, and back to square one. I am going to go somewhere else. Plus not to mention, I had to take time off from work to go to the appointment and get time requested off.

I had a 4 year old getting three crowns and I tell you what, I never seen such Good Dr’s and Dental assistant’s... My son had Dr Long and Brenda. I was very comfortable with them dealing with him. They where very patient and got the job done the right way.

Dr. Ombayo has removed the wisdom teeth of my son and daughter and he was amazing with both procedures. He was quick and it was virtually pain-free! The nurses are great too! Ruby, Starla, Amanda...thanks for taking such great care! Dr. O - I wouldn’t trust our pearly whites to anyone else!
Also, the office staff that handled the billing and insurance were professional and so friendly!
I have never had such a wonderful overall experience at the dentist!

This has been the worst place to go has been since it was Kool smiles. For over 2 weeks we have been given the run around. Showed up for 2 different appointments 1st time their office closed and we did not receive any notice or call to reschedule. Now the 2nd time they say they can not see my daughter. The people behind the counter are rude and obviously do not know how to do their jobs.

Took my daughter in to get a few crowns today and the staff there are very friendly and they really make the kids feel at ease. Dr. O has seen my girls multiple times and has always been very helpful and efficient. Amanda made her feel at ease with the whole process.
01/25/19:
Back again for my daughter to finish up, mixed up my appointment today thought it was at 9 but it was actually at 8. Instead of making me reschedule and taking another day off of work there were kind enough to work me in this time. My child enjoys coming to the dentist, the staff in Amarillo (Dr. Long & Nicole today) have made it a very pleasant experience for her and she actually looks forward to coming to get her princess crowns.

Brenda always treats me and my family with respect and always goes above and beyond when providing care for us! She’s a rockstar! Dr. O is always our go-to doctor, he provides such good care and always listens to us. All the staff members a really nice and professional. Thank you to all of you.

Brenda and Doctor Long, were very good with my son. He was a little scared, they calmed him down by talking to him. They explained step by step what they were doing inside his mouth. I'm so pleased with the care at Allington Dental.
