Brenda and Dr. O were amazing with my child as he had to have an extraction. They made him feel comfortable and it was easy. We love it here.

Doctor O and Brenda did great and handled my kid so well. They’re so friendly and made sure me and my kid are okay. The place looks amazing than the last time i was here. I surely recommend this place to my friends.

Amanda and doctor Long were the best. My son was here for Christmas break and had to get significant dental work done. Not only an extraction but fillings as well. Phenix is 9 and never said he was in pain or anything. Seriously I was very happy with the facility. The waiting room took a little long but was worth it. Candace at the front was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. With not bein from here and recently relocating to Amarillo this facility and the staff I listed were better than I could have hoped for. Ask for Amanda the dental assistant she was definitely lively and engaged during the entire process and gave the entire room comic relief.

They canceled my Saturday appointment WITHOUT speaking to me. I drove from Borger to find the doors locked and no one there. Other patients were showing up as I was there with the same problem. They obviously do not value their patients time and money spent driving to the appointments. Highly unprofessional and we will not be back.

Allington Dental's billing office is a complete joke. I used them for 2 years with all three of my children, and am the primary insurance holder for all three of them. One time, my ex-husbands wife took them for their appointment, and then all of a sudden her name appeared on the texts i received and the phone calls. I asked them multiple times to get her name off of the documents, as she's not the insurance holder, and not the parent and they said they would, and never did. Every piece of mail i got had her name on it, and every text i had was addressed to her. When they called, they asked for her. For the first YEAR i simply asked them each time to take her name off, and explained i'm the insurance holder, and i have custody of them, and they said they would contact the billing office to have it changed. After 2 years of this, i got fed up enough to just use a different dentist. I cancelled my kids last appointment two months ago and never heard anything else from them. (They initially asked why i was cancelling and I brought up the fact they can't seem to get the right name on anything and i'm sick and tired of being called by my ex-husband's wifes name. How she was even added to their system is beyond me. Another odd thing, is every time we would take the kids up there we would ask if there was any money owed so we could take care of the bill, and were told that was handled separately. They were not organized with their billing system, as they would send bills 3-4 months later from the appointment date. I never thought anything of it, i just paid it when it came, UNTIL a 100.00 bill i never received went to collections. (no call from Allington explaining i even owed a bill, and i never received a paper copy of this one.) A debt collector called saying they were hired on behalf of Allington, and I immediately paid the 100.00 bill, explaining that if this was the last correspondence i got in regards to that dental office, it was worth it just to never have to deal with them again. Funny how they knew my name when they sent me to collections, but couldn't figure it out the 2 years my kids were a client. 0/5 stars. Their attitude was horrid, they never fixed anything on the billing, and put me in collections after 2 years of paying on time, when i never even knew i had a 100.00 bill. THANKS ALLINGTON! I tell all my friends to use a different dentist and they agree that the whole thing was completely unprofessional. I can take my kids anywhere else in town for a cleaning. And plan to do so.

Brenda and dr. Long are the sweetest and caring people. Dr. Long is so gentle and easy . Helped a whole lot. He is professional and kind. And Brenda is a sweet heart . Love going here they r the best

The front desk were extremely rude and condescending when we didn’t fit the mold of the traditional family. They might need some sensitivity training when it comes to how families are made. Adoption is not uncommon, kinship happens more often than not, fostering families, blended families...the list goes on and on. The clinical staff was amazing and very kind.

Excellent service, my son has a hard time going to the dentist but Brenda made sure he was comfortable before getting his filling. Dr. long did an awesome work as well.

So i been looking for a good dentist that myself and my two children could go to together and that would take our insurance so i was recommended to thus place by more then one person i know and they said they are really good so i called today and told the lady i needed to set up appts for myself and my two kids and the lady that answered was rude and acted like she didnt know and put me on hold for about 45 mins then hung up on me so then i called back and left a message asking someone to please call me back because i was needing to set up appt s for myself and my two kids and i never got a call back so lease to say i wasnt happy and gave 1 star
