J. Steven Banks and his team are amazing. Everyone is so sweet and they care so much about me and my family. We love getting our dental work here. The new lazer machine they have to take treat fillings and other dental work is so awesome. Its gentle, fast and painless. I loved how I didn't have to get any shots for numbing or nitrous gas. Dr. Banks and Neely our dental hygienist are so careful and makes the whole process easy and simple. My family has no fears for going to dentist anymore and we recommend them to everyone.

I once again set up an appointment for cleaning and x-rays only. I sat for 30 minutes waiting for appointment, if you are 10 minutes late they make you reschedule and will charge you. Then I get back, do x-rays, then checked gums. Said no time today for cleaning, but talk to the finance lady about setting me up again for a deep cleaning and the new laser treatment. This is the 3rd time I have walked out without cleaning.

Dr. Bank is friendly and caring. His staff know what they are doing. I never feel nervous about going to see them. After they examine your teeth if their is something that needs to be done they talk to you about it before just jumping in to it. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Banks for about five to six years now and are glad to have him as our dentist.
