Well I found this dentist online and decided to give it a try. I called to schedule for my mom. Everyone there was so nice , the doc was funny my mom enjoyed her visit.

Brought my 15 year old daughter in.. everyone was very nice..made an appointment for myself..took a little over an hour for xrays-cleaning.i thought was pretty fast..

Love it here! Absolutely did their best to put me at ease, I'm not good with dental cleanings or work. Very reassuring and friendly. Explains things clearly, not to mention the overall energy is greatness.

This was my first visit and the staff was amazing. Everything was explained with detail. The office manager/treatment coordinator, Brooke, went above and beyond to make I understood everything. I truly appreciate them!

Happy Smiles is wonderful. Helpful staff, cozy sitting area, great location and Dr. Johnson is professional with good energy.

I’ve had issues with the office starting 2021. The office has been taken over by new management in my opinion is very careless. We have been coming to the office since 2015. The turn over with the employees is unbelievable. I scheduled an appt with the office for an urgent request, explaining that enough time was needed for treatment. Staff voiced understanding. We waited over 40 minutes after scheduled appt time to be seen. My daughter was taken back for maybe 5 minutes before they came to get me to advise me they would not be able to treat my daughter. X-rays were not complete, the hygienist was doing based off an X-ray from 2021. In the hygienist words my daughter had “wiggly teeth & one needs to go to heaven” I’m sorry, what does what even mean? The provider / doctor Kellie Johnson did not consult with me, I never laid eyes on the provider during our scheduled visit. The X-ray from 2021 was never discussed to begin with. When calling to get results I was put on a lengthy hold to be disconnected. When calling back the phone was already transferred to the after hours line. Staff disconnected my call so they did not have to deal with me. I never got a follow up call. After several times of asking for the 2021 X-ray to be explained to me by a provider in office the front office manager Brooke printed off a sheet of her “plan”. I expressed to her that this is not my field of work and I needed a provider to explain further. When checking out they advised me that the provider could not treat my child and she needed to be referred out. She wrote up a referral and told me I needed to find myself a specialist that could treat for what needed to be done. I voiced to the manager, how am I supposed to explain treatment to a specialist when I don’t know what needs to be done myself. Her response was they won’t ask you any question just tell them to call us and we will send a 2021 X-ray over. I was concerned with why they were sending an X-ray that was done over a year old, office manager states that nothing has changed since the last X-ray that we can see by eye. My daughter has lost teeth since then, so I don’t see how that is accurate. When being referred out, the office is supposed to find a specialist they work closely with, not the patient. I took off work and pulled my daughter out of school for them to do nothing for her not even a cleaning which she is due for. I would not recommend happy smiles to anyone, I will be finding a new dentist for my children.

My daughter's first experience at the dentist was phenomenal. We both felt very comfortable, and they were approachable, non judgmental and allowed several opportunities to ask questions. I would definitely recommend!

New patient to Dr. Johnson and the Happy Smiles Family Dentistry. Staff very efficient and caring... Dr. Johnson herself was very compassionate and comforting during my procedure, kept making sure I was ok the entire time. Thankful they were able to see me as I was experiencing some pain and discomfort with a toothache. Definitely returning! This will be where my family and I will be getting our Dental care, we're already scheduled.

Everyone in the office was so nice and welcoming. Brooke in financing also took really good care of me. She went above and beyond to make sure my services were within my price range.

This was one of the BEST visits to the dentist I’ve ever had. The hygienist was nothing short of amazing. She was patient, thorough, informative and just had a great personality. She made me want to take care of my teeth no matter the cost or pain. Dr Johnson then came in and confirmed everything the Hygienist had said. I can’t wait to go back.
