My daughter loves this place. They are friendly and answer any questions have, which puts me at ease.

This office is so amazingly sweet. Every single one here! From office manager, reception, hy I have trauma from previous dental offices and these ladies were so understanding and gentle. I am looking forward to working with them to get things back to 100%.

I’ve never had a better experience at the dentist than the treatment I receive at Happy Smiles. The office is always clean, and the staff is courteous and professional. Kendra and Brianna were phenomenal during my last appointments; both demonstrating proficiency in their skills while treating me with care. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, I’d highly recommend Dr. Johnson and Happy Smiles & let them change your mind.

I've been taking my son here for 3 years and have always had a pleasant experience until last month.

The office is disorganized and rude. I scheduled my daughter (her first time) and my son for a regular cleaning. They only sent a confirmation for my daughters appointment and not my sons. I notified them of this and they never mentioned the numbers on file were different. They waited until the day of to ask me to change my daughters PCP. Luckily, I was able to take care of it. When we arrived for our appointment they said we were unable to enter without a mask. They did not mention this during appointment confirmation so we weren't prepared and asked if we could have one. They told us that they were out of masks and that we would just have to find one ourselves. I find it hard to believe that a medical office would not have spare masks for patients but luckily we were able to find our mask. They took my son back who was is only 4 years old and said we weren't allowed back with him, so we sat down in the waiting room. The receptionist then told us we had to leave and wait in the hall or our car because they no longer allow people to wait in the lobby. There was another family there waiting and they were not asked to leave. The mother of the other family asked if they needed to leave as well and the receptionist responded "No your good." We sat in our car for over 30 (because there were no chairs in the hall) minutes and never received a call with an update for our son. After about 45 minutes we receive a call from a police officer saying the front desk reported us after not being able to reach us. Even he was able to figure out they were calling the wrong number on file (that they never updated for my son during the aforementioned appointment confirmation). I had never received a missed call from them and showed this too the officer, who thought the situation was pretty ridiculous .When we went to go get our son the lobby was completely full with two or three families. The staff continued to be rude to us and proceeded to tell us that they would not have our daughter back for her appointment. I sincerely hope the dentist reads this and considers hiring staff that is professional, organized, and applies office policies equally to ALL patrons. This is the first negative review and longest that I have ever written. After this mortifying experience I will never come to this office again but am providing this review in hopes that Happy Smiles can correct these issues and provide people with the experience I used to get.

Great service!!
I got my appointment mixed up yesterday 10/22/2021. I arrived for what I thought was my rescheduled appointment at 3pm. When I arrived it was rescheduled for 2pm, totally my fault. Dr. Johnson and her staff were so accommodating. The dental hygentis (I did not get her name) was polite and not irritated that I kept her there due to my mistake. She was very professional, did not rush and was very nice. I appreciate the great service and taking care of me!!!

Kendra was awesome! She explained everything so well and answered my questions with patience and kindness. I felt very comfortable with her and she took the time to get to know me.

The above is true but I decided to edit this review based on what happened. I was charged $60.00 for a comprehensive look at my teeth......but Dr. Johnson NEVER touched my mouth. Yes you read that correctly, the dentist DID NOT GO INTO MY MOUTH. She said that I had 6 cavities BUT she didn't show me on the X-rays and she didn't actually go into my mouth. I basically got charged $60.00 for a teeth cleaning but insurance should cover that completely once a year. I am glad I spoke to my parents about it before paying $400.00 for the 6 cavities that I supposedly have. I now have to go get a second opinion to see if I actually have any and possibly pay fully out of pocket for it. I trusted the good reviews before the bad ones but I shouldn't have.

This is a wonderful practice! I recommend it to anyone who cares about their teeth. I’m always looking for exceptional service anywhere I go, and the physician, medical assistants, hygienists, and the front desk at this place are amazing. I feel like they care so much about my teeth and go above and beyond

Dr. Johnson has been my daughter’s dentist for 10 years and she actually likes to go to the dentist because the staff is amazing there. I HIGHLY recommend Happy Smiles to any parent or person. They are very personable and knowledgeable Dr Johnson herself is just awesome! 5 stars for sure!

Kendra was the Greatest dental hygienist EVER! I feel amazing and clean and brand new. Kendra is courteous, friendly, professional and a hoot. She knows her job and is exceptional at doing it. Like lots of people I’ve had bad experiences at the dentist. But not today! Kendra was patient and let me ask all the questions I wanted. BEST DAY AT THE DENTIST!!!!
