A friend of mine recommended me to come here. They were a nice group of people.

I paid 1.5k for all 4 wisdom teeth to come out. Can't beat that.

Dude on the phone was really rude (I believe it was the dentist/owner). I am not a patient but was looking to be one. I literally called to ask for info on their wisdom teeth removal prices. The guy was being very condescending and rude. I see I am not the only one who has had this experience. I now understand that you cannot discuss price over the phone but you didn't need to be so rude about it. Immediately lost my business. I'd hate to trust someone that rude to care about my comfort level during the actual procedure. Learn some basic customer service etiquette.

Update: His response to mine proves exactly what I and many others are saying. Very Unprofessional and even childish, in my opinion.

To answer his accusations, I called a few days prior to that review, I have other things to do than to just review right after getting off the phone with a rude employee or owner.

I called not knowing price cannot be discussed over the phone, I only mention that in my review to say that while I can understand the point you made over the phone about not talking about prices, you didn't have to be so condescending and rude about it.

Some business advice for you: Even if you disagree with a customer or potential customer, carry yourself with professionalism. That is gonna look much better than being argumentative and rude.

Update 2: Seems he edited his original response. to seem more professional. That's a step in the right direction, I suppose. Now try to apply that in person when people call.

Had my wisdoms taken out here last month. Everything went well. Today, I came in for a cleaning.

I lost my tooth the same day that they were able to finish and was able to get everything ready for dentures. They were very blunt, which I liked, about the reality of tooth and the potential replacement. I recommend if you need something fast & a dentist who is honest about the treatments.

Def the place to go to for wisdoms. My brother and I both had ours taken out here.

This dentist was so reasonable and patient and awesome! Got my wisdom teeth out and a few other things I been neglecting done quickly and efficiently. I had been researching where to get my wisdom teeth out for about 2 mos now (was my New Years resolution to start getting teeth fixed) and Diamond Dental was top reviewed on google, and performs the services I needed. Sticker shock a bit at first but the dentist was reasonable and quick! I have a few more things to get done and I will definitely being using them for rest of treatment plan. He is by far the best dentist I have ever gotten dental work done from. He is thorough and he really knows his profession. There have been times that he was able to answer questions to my concerns regarding work that other dentists have done on my teeth that they could not even answer. His office is a pretty far drive for me, but it's definitely worth it to have a good, professional, competent dentist. His mother, who helps him sometimes is the sweetest little lady. They are genuinely good people in dentistry and aside from dentistry. I would recommend anyone go t him.
