Great dentist office, staff, and doctor. I had wisdom teeth pain that was causing headaches, earaches, and I couldn't even lay down because it felt worse! I emailed them at 1am and got a response back within 30 minutes to come in that morning to have a look. I was so nervous for the procedure because I've seen and heard about people dying from dental surgeries. The doctor and assistant were so great. They kept me calm and assured me that I didn't have to worry. They explained what was going to happen and even checked on me during the procedure and gave me updates as to what was happening. They were so patient with me and even let me rest my mouth a little before moving to the next side. I would definitely go there again for any dental work that I need done.

Dr. Tom came highly recommended by quite a few of my coworkers. Each one who has been under his anesthesia showed and told me of their personal professional encounter with this doctor. I gave him a visit and I am so glad I did. Dr. Tom has provided professional, sanitary, and pain free dental work. He performed a root canal, fillings, crown, closed the gap between front teeth, tooth extraction, and is preparing and fitting my mouth for upper and lower partials, and will conclude with staining my teeth pearly white.
Thank you Dr. Tom and your dental assistance. Great Work!

Dr. Tom and his extremely nice dental assistant saved the day. I had severe tooth pain and he got me in same day for an exam and treatment. I am now feeling great. I will be back. Thanks Dr. Tom!

I had a great experience when I needed dental work while traveling to see family. I had a filling that was painful and Dr. Tom was able to fix it without any pain. I often have a hard time getting numb but he did a great job. He also tackled some cosmetic issues I had on the side of a couple teeth during my same appointment. I appreciate that he made it so convenient for me and took his time to make my smile beautiful again. I would highly recommend him and Diamond Dental for any regular dental or cosmetic needs!

Rip off. Paid $200 for an appointment for my wife only for her to have 5 minutes with the dentist. All he did was poke at her teeth for a second, blew air into a tooth that has an exposed nerve (with no explanation or sorry), and then complained that he would have to stay late on Friday if she scheduled the appt on Friday to remove her wisdom teeth. She only needed the top two out for now as those are the ones Severely bothering her. It could have been done that day, but he wanted to go ahead and take out the other two since it would be "so easy". Just sounds like they care about money. I don't have $200 to waste, I thought they would be able to help her that day as that is a lot of what they advertise. Just seemed like she was a bother to them, and now I am out $200, wife still has her wisdom teeth that need to come out, and the pain is at 9.5. Thanks Diamond Dental.

I went to Diamond Dental for an implant, and Dr. Tom took good care of me. I would recommend Diamond Dental to anyone. It's has a family vibe and they'll take care of you like fam. Plus they have good and reasonable prices. (Updated review) My implant messed up 5 months after the surgery. Then I was told it was gonna cost the same price it did the first time. I would recommend going to someone who has warranty on their work and product. (In response to his comment after my update) I got a second opinion an it had no signs of an infection nor did anything hit my face he continues to insinuate that I'm at fault or lying. As you can read in his response, he seems to a perfect excuse for everything. Most dental practices stand behind their work and repair or replace work if it fails in the short term. Wich was told to me by the dentist who gave the second opinion. Only a fool would think "if you crash your car , you can take it back to the dealer an ask for a new one " . But if you get a new car and the check engine light comes on , take back to the dealer you wouldn't expect to get charged the full price of the car to fix it . As the saying goes "You get what you payed for" .

Visiting Austin this week from Houston for some fun! Unfortunately I had terrible tooth pain! It was so bad it was keeping me from eating, drinking and sleeping! I never had problems with my teeth so I didn't know what was wrong.
When I called, the assistant was very understanding of my situation and thankfully I didn't have to wait to be seen until tomorrow!
The doctor and his assistant are top notch! They both explained everything they were going to do, and then the few procedures that would benefit me best. I didn't expect to be there long, but they spent 3 hours with me!
I like how comfortable I felt, especially being that I was very nervous and his assistant kept checking on me during the procedures making sure I was OK. The doctor was very attentive and so very patient with me!
I live 2 hours away from here and I will come back for next treatments!

The dentist charged me twice for a check up exam, but he didn't even perform a check up. He also lied about accepting my insurance. On the phone he said he accepts it, but when I went to the office he said he doesn't accept my insurance and quoted me a high, out of pocket price to recement my crown. I don't recommend him.

Not a welcoming office/atmosphere. I was asked what I needed, I told them I had severe pain and I wanted to come see what my options were, get quotes/ask about pricing estimates and to hopefully get releif for the pain. After explaining this, the doctor in an annoyed and confused manner asked me what it was I wanted him to do. It kind of caught me off guard, I needed to be seen and needed help on knowing what my options were, be it pain relief, treatments, antibiotic, procedures, etc. $80 for the visit. He took some x-rays, looked at the teeth, told me they needed to come out, suggested implants and dentures, and that was that. I asked if there was anything they could do for the pain. I was told that nothing could be done about that without getting a procedure done. It was overall not the best experience for me. I decided to get a second opinion and be patient and wait for my dentist.

Edit: Changed the review to one star due to being slandered and accused of asking for narcotics and being called a drug abuser. I went in for a check-up to get help and an honest assessment from a professional dentist to learn ALL of my options for my severe dental pain. I was treated poorly, was told the only solution or treatment for me was extraction and dentures/implants and quoted me $3,000.00 to $10,000.00 for said treatment. Did not even give me a proper assessment, no explanation of what was going on or why I was in pain. When I finally got a chance to visit my regular dentist, he was shocked when I told him of my experience here. I got a second opinion with another dentist who was able to give me a proper check up, he told me exactly what was going on with my dental issue and why it happened, prescribed me an antibiotic to help with the infection which took care of my pain (with no narcotics, mind you), gave me several options for treatment and said that my teeth were beautiful and it was ridiculous that I was told extraction and dentures we're my only options for treatment for the pain/infection. I had to suffer with the pain for a few days longer, but I'm happy I waited to speak and consult with an actual professional. I encourage you to take the time to look closely over the reviews, you will clearly see that most of the positive reviews given are from users who have only given a single review, and it's only to this business which is suspicious to me. ANY negative review is met with rudeness, slander and accusations.

Shopped around for the best place for wisdoms. I went to 3 places, and this was the cheapest.
