Got a teeth cleaning and Invisalign consultation and everything went great. Super friendly staff accompanied with great technology which will help you visualize what the process will look like regarding something such as Invisalign treatment. I’m a question asker when it comes to serious changes regarding my body, especially when it comes to my smile, and all my questions were met with great answers. Even one star seems generous for a dental practice that takes a $3,200 deposit for aligners promising delivery within 7 weeks, then after 10 weeks has no idea what happened to your order, promises to get back to you that day, doesn't, then doesn't respond to your email? If you can't trust them to return a phone call or email after insisting on such a hefty deposit why would you trust them to work on your smile? Things sometimes go wrong with the Invisalign process and you need confidence that you can trust your dental provider to follow up. I would never trust this practice.

Wow, I’m so sad I learned about this place my last week in Austin! I’m moving out of the country and I started to get some tooth pain so I figured I’d better go get it looked at; my regular dentist didn’t have time but these folks fit me in. I figured I’d also get a cleaning while I was there and they did an awesome job, explained the tooth pain in clear terms and helped me resolve it ... and charged me half price because they knew about my moving expenses! The dentist and dental hygienist were both that perfect mix of professional and good-humored that leaves you feeling confident but not cold. Actually everyone in the office was friendly, which isn’t always the case at doctors offices during Covid (hard to blame them but still). I like my old dentist but had I known about this place I definitely would have picked them as my primary. I probably won’t ever go to this office again since our time in Austin is up, but I can at least confidently send other folks their way.

I was nervous about finding a new dentist because I just moved to Austin but the staff at TRU Dentistry was so welcoming I immediately felt at home! Dr. Hollinger was very informative and easy to talk to. I learned a lot from my visit and also felt the team was very transparent about dentistry options. Will definitely be back!

I have to start off by saying WOW Tru is the most clean, easy going office I have ever been to! Dr. Hollinger is AMAZING! She is gentle, kind and very knowledgeable! I was able to get same day treatment done after my cleaning and everything went very smooth! Everyone in the office is super sweet and honestly I forgot I was even getting dental work done! I highly recommend Tru Dentistry!

I just went to Tru Dentistry Austin for the very first time today and I was thoroughly impressed. Dr. Hollinger and all of her staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. The office itself was beautiful and immaculately clean, and the work I had done was quick, painless, and comprehensive ... in short, everything you'd want from a dentist. They also take plenty of different insurances here. Very highly recommend!

The visit here was an excellent experience. I was greeted by a friendly face at the front desk. I had a casual brief conversation with the dentist before I even finished filling out the intake forms. The dental hygienist explained everything to me and gave me tips on cleaning that I have never heard of. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great and kind environment.

I’ve been going to Tru Dentistry for over a year now. They are so WONDERFUL!! I highly recommend them! The staff is awesome and always so friendly. Also, Dr. Hollinger is super relatable and kind! They’ve gotten me back on track with the health and wellness of my teeth and mouth— without making me feel totally guilty about not always flossing! Moreover, it’s such a breeze sitting in their chair watching Netflix while they go to work. Definitely visit them! You’ll love your experience!! 🌟🦷🌟
