TRU Dentistry Austin

I have to give this office a 5 STAR!!!!! I have gone to the same dental hygienist and dentist for 12 years! I needed a closer and more convenient location! From walking in to TRU Dentistry and being sweetly greeted by Alex, to the kind and most professional assistant Zandra, and the most gentle and awesome doctor Dr. Hollinger! Let's just say I have found my new dental home! I loved an office where patient care is first and foremost the importance of each individual.

Extremely personable and friendly staff! Made me feel welcome and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be back.

Very clean and well run office. Staff was very knowledgeable, and the appointment went very smoothly despite my unique case. I highly recommend TRU to anyone that is seeking the gold standard in oral care.

I ADORE the people who work here. They always make me feel like a friend & take amazing care of me. They do amazing dental work as well! The atmosphere is clean & welcoming, & they let you watch Netflix while you’re getting your teeth worked on (: I seriously can’t rave about the people enough. They make a note to remember your name, they do extra things to make sure you’re comfortable, and make sure you leave with a cleaner, bigger smile.

First time going there, great experience overall. The entire staff is friendly and caring. And it’s the best looking medical office I’ve been to in a while. You can tell they pay a good deal of attention to every detail.

What an incredible office! From the staff to the doctor, everyone was so kind and professional. I felt comfortable right away and all procedures were explained to me throughout my visit, which was very appreciated. I would highly recommend anyone to come by for any of their dental needs!

I had not been to the dentist in years and I was ashamed at the poor state my teeth were in. It took a bad tooth infection and a neccessary emergency extraction to get me back in to see the dentist. I cannot say enough about courteous, professional, and accommodating treatment that I recieved. Dr. Samantha, Alex, Jaime, Ashton, and the whole team went above and beyond. I am now back on track to healthy teeth and gums and much more smiling! Good people highly reccomend!

I have been coming to Tru dentistry for a couple years now and have had a lot of crowns and work done. I absolutely love this place. Going to the dentist isn’t the best feeling usually until you go to Tru Dentistry. The customer service is top notch and they actually care about you and do everything to make you feel comfortable and happy. Thank you to everyone at Tru dentistry for your outstanding service! Amazing! I've always had terrible experiences with dentists, and this office changed my opinion completely. Alex at the front desk is extremely friendly and makes you feel very welcome. Jessica, the assistant is extremely personable and very gentle when doing x rays, etc. Dr. Hollinger is very knowledgable and really knows how to keep you comfortable when getting work done. She works thoroughly and fast! As someone who doesn't have insurance, pricing is a concern and their prices were great compared to a lot of the other dentists I've been to. The facility is very nice too!
