So I'm am terrified of the dentist but today I had an amazing visit. Getting my cleaning was the best part cause normally that's painful for me but I was very pleased with my cleaning and even got free teeth whiting!

I scheduled an appointment for May 25th and 2 days before the appt they call to say they will be closed Thursday and I will have to reschedule for Wednesday. I rearrange my whole schedule to come in at 10 on Wednesday only to wait 30 minutes for them to tell me I have to come back later which further disrupts my already rearranged schedule! These people are so unorganized, they could have atleast gave me a call before I left my house and informed me that I would have to wait. I have never experienced this and honestly may not go back nor will I refer my grandmother who I originally was going to send there.

Wait Times At This Facility Are Extremely Long and Patients Aren’t Notified In Advance of Staff Shortages. So For A Basic Cleaning I Was There Over An Hr and Was Finally Told There Was Only One Hygienist Available. Very Unprofessional And I Will Ensure My Family and I Will Never Return To Any Mint Dentistry!
