The first time I went there to set up an an appointment the lady did not want to give a appointment call or card she was very rude she gave me my appointment verbally with all this stuff going on with the covid-19 is very hard to catch up with all the appointment so three days ago sunnysmile called me to tell me that I miss my appointment I told her I forgot and I also told told her she didn't want to give me my appointment and she did not do a courtesy call so that day she made me an appointment I asked her to call me or text me my appointment time and date once again she never did she barely call me today telling me that I had an hour early to get to my appointment and then I did the paperwork and she yanked it off my hands very rude and very unprofessional
