Incredibly helpful, welcoming, accommodating, and resourceful staff worked diligently to perform an unexpected and difficult procedure including bringing in a specialist on the spot for this new, walk-in patient. This allowed my procedure to happen in one setting and saved me from an otherwise lengthy and costly ordeal.

The doctor was very sweet and gentle with my lo. The dental assistant was also really nice as she brushed my LO's teeth. Was her first time in a dentist office and she did great. The wait wasnt long either
Very happy and satisfied

This business is not one that I would ever consider recommending to anyone. I called the facility on a Saturday asking to be set up for an appointment as soon as possible for the removal of my wisdom tooth. The receptionist clearly new what my requests were and confirmed that my initial appointment was to perform the extraction. At no point did she ever mentioned to me that I would not be considered for an extraction nor that the dentist who would see me would only evaluate my condition.
I made all the necessary arrangements by taking the day off from work and guaranteeing transportation to be avail once the procedure was completed on a Monday. However, I was in total dismay to learn that I was going to be placed under treatment because my gums were too swollen. This was determined after an evaluation done by the dentist that took less than a minute. I was prescribed Amoxicillin and told come back the following Wednesday after the swelling had subsided. I left the facility questioning the business level of professionalism and abilities to perform their duties.
The interaction with the facility was of greater dissatisfaction when I arrived to my Wednesday’s appointment. As I met with the only oral surgeon at their location, I was in utter and complete shock with his level of unprofessionalism. I encountered a condescending and rude man that made me feel uncomfortable from beginning to end. He continuously smirked at our questions, as well as interrupted us without any reservation. His constant interruptions led me to ask him to please stop interrupting me before attempting to provide me with a response and/or resolution without knowing what I wanted to ask. He felt that we were “blaming” him for everything we tried to bring up to his attention. We constantly had to reassure him that we were not accusing him of any wrong doings prior to us meeting him, and we were only trying to express our concerns and frustrations to him. At one point, I had to clearly and openly announce “Did I blame you?” in which he responded with a sneer and a rolling of the eyes. I asked him if he could change or recommend something other than the Amoxicillin prescription due to its serve side effects, again he got defensive and felt that we were blaming him for the initial prescription. He finally agreed to change the prescription, but only through questionably behavior from him as if my side effects to the Amoxicillin were insignificant and/or not true. I walked away with yet another appointment scheduled for Saturday for the extraction to take place.
As we were waiting for the confirmation of the appointment, we were approached by the regional manager whom witnessed part of the consultation. Even though the gentleman was apologetic and deeply regretted the events that occurred previously with the oral surgeon, as well as indicated that this matter would be addressed, the damage was done and the acts of unprofessionalism were pretty much irreversible. To further add to injury, I was referred to another specialist because my procedure was too complex and the oral surgeon thought it would be best to be done by someone else; however, he failed to tell me this when he agreed to perform the extraction for the upcoming Saturday.
If advised from the very beginning that my first appointment would only serve as an evaluation of my condition, then I would have never gone with the idea that the extraction would take place. If I were properly advised the that medication was going to take about 5 days to take effect, then an appointment for two days later should have never been set up. If the oral surgeon did not display such loathsome behavior, a resolution could have been reached. Ultimately, if everyone was upfront with me from the very beginning, many errors could have been avoided. The events described above have led me to determine that I will never visit this facility again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone else.

We had a pretty bad experience here today. The appointments were for 9am and we were informed that the doctor was running late at 9:30 and weren't called back to the room until 9:50. Before that my 1 year old needed to be changed and I asked if they had a changing table and they informed me that the only one they had was in the bathroom that was locked because it was out of order. So I had to change her on a table that was about a foot long in the other bathroom. Then the dr only saw them for about 5 minutes total and wasn't very thorough. My three year old had X-rays taken and he wasn't even going to go over them with me if I hadn't asked and still wasn't thorough. I've had MUCH better experiences at our previous pediatric dental office and we will not be coming back.

Need a lot of work done, which insurance will not pay! Basically I was told to see about another insurance to pay, never given chance to see if I could afford it, do payment options or??? Given a flyer for information about another insurance, left confused and extremely concerned upset 😡 and very disappointed 😞

My daughter loves coming here. They are kind patient and treat her with respect. This place doesnt have all the bells and whistles. However, they never tried to rip us off with unnecessary dental procedures or restrain her like some of the quote unquote pedeatric dentistry’s. Also, we never have waited to long to be seen.

I skipped my dental appointments for a few years till I started having pain on my top molar. I walked in to their office and dr told me I needed a root canal and crown because of tooth infection and a large cavity. They took care of me the same day. Doctor had very gentle hands and I started feeling better the same night.

I am only rating this 1 because I didn't have a choice to give it ZERO stars. After trying to find a dentist that accepted my 72 year old grandmothers insurance, we finally found Sunny Smiles. At the beginning, they were great , always rough with her though ( one of the gentlemen stuck a cotton down her throat). Fast forward to the present, the last time we went in they did impressions for crowns. They left her with a temporary one for almost 5 months. Upon her calling and having to remind them about their own job they scheduled her to have them placed. As she was leaving, the woman in billing mentioned she had a balance. When that should have never accumulated, as they mentioned prior if she paid 75 dollars she was covered. Anyways, after a bit of going back and forth, they called her BACK to the work station and pulled them back off. How unprofessional!! Waking up this morning we get an apology call, being from the same woman asking her to please go back in being it was a misunderstanding. Nope sorry we will pass! I do not recommend this place. Save your embarrassment!!
