My experience with Aspen Dental in Georgetown was wonderful from the time I called for an appointment up until the time I left my appointment. Everyone was kind, professional, and provided me with great feedback on my teeth and how to maintain a healthy teeth and gums moving forward. I got great feedback from the front desk staff on billing, my hygienist was awesome and super funny and made my cleaning easy. Lastly I had to get my two front teeth evened out and the dentist did a great job! My family noticed as soon as I came home. Thank you so much to all the staff and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I'm a new patient and honestly came in with no expectations of a great visit since I associate dental offices as just so-so. I was wowed by the staff! Da'ja was so sweet and patient while doing my x-rays. Malia was reassuring and thoroughly explained what was going on with my teeth. My previous dental office told me something completely different but did not explain. Dr. Rodriguez was just as nice as everyone else and actually sat down and took her time with me. I've never had a dentist spend this time with me in the past. Lastly Amanda broke down the treatment costs for me and made sure to answer any questions I had. I've never met a group of such sweet people at a dentist office and was genuinely happy when I left. I'm so glad I found Aspen!!

I have always had the worst phobia and anxiety about going to the dentist literally my whole life. I broke my permanent retainer and they were able to get me in that day only like and hour and a half after it happened. EVERY SINGLE person in there made me laugh and feel so much more comfortable. Alannah and Malia made me so comfortable but Chris really made the whole appointment for me. Without him I definitely wouldn’t know I how I would be able to afford this or even know how to go about paying for everything I need done in my mouth! I would recommend every person I know to go here.

I went here for a tooth extraction and I was very scared because the last tooth extraction I had was the worst dental experience of my life that gave me nightmares after it was done. The last time felt as if they were trying to pull my jaw bone from my face. The sound and the jerking was horrendously traumatic. I cried for days everytime I thought about it. This time was a completely different experience. They checked on me throughout the procedure and talked me through it. It was only persure I felt. I didn't feel any jerking at all. I can't remember the name of the dentist here but she was very gentle and very kind .That's saying alot coming from me because I work for a dental health insurance where I constantly deal with rude dentist and upset customers because of dentist. I intend to go back and continue my dental care at this location .

They were awesome from day one!!! Very professional and personal. They have truely gave me new confidence. A real game changer. I would give them more stars if I could. I went from half smile to straight ear to ear!!!

I was embarrassed about my smile as well as super nervous but it was an absolutely amazing experience. When I walked in Chris, the office manager, immediately greeted me with a smile & even remembered me from our one phone conversation! I was called back by Alannah who reassured me, explained everything she was doing, and even let me cry a little. We went into the exam room and Alannah and Gina did some more exams. Gina was so friendly, considerate, and caring. Then Dr. Shah came in and had such a peaceful presence. She listened to me, explained everything, made sure she answered all my questions, and made sure I knew that I would get my smile back! Upon leaving I met with Chris again and came up with the plan for my treatment and even talked to me about the Longhorns!! Will definitely recommend this team to everyone I know and will use them from now on!!! Such an absolute gem in Georgetown!!

Great staff, so kind, patient and skilled! The facilities are clean and easily accessed. Thanks to each one of them! Not painless but positive!
