I was very impressed with how focused she was with the details of the procedures and how well she meticulously transitioned from one step to the other. This was a great experience, in addition, the staff and dental assistants were also very professional and courteous!

My first visit to Aspen, I felt as though I had been going for years from the entire staff. They went out of their way to work around my schedule, all Procedures done in a timely manner as well.

Initially went in to aspen for tooth pain as my regular dentist was booked. Crown placed because of a fine crack in tooth. On same day had old fillings replaced on 2 teeth previously recommended by my regular dentist as well as a cleaning done. I left after 4 hrs of work done and had almost unbearable jaw pain for a month. Several staff members stated most people would not of been able to tolerate this much dental work done at one time. Fast forward 3 months and all the teeth worked on still painful even after several adjustments made by aspen dentist. Just went to my regular dentist who now has to redo fillings aspen didn’t do correctly. This is the worst dental experience ever. Would not recommend to anyone.

Clinic was clean, staff were courteous and professional. I will not be returning to Aspen Dental in the future. I went in for an exam and X-rays. The entire exam seemed like an upsell. I left with a suggested list of work to be done that totaled $3000. I left with the impression that a lot of this work wasn't necessary. For example, it was suggested that I have a dental crown replaced, a crown that I had installed less than a year ago. Or to have fillings replaced that I have had no issue with for 15 years. I went to another dentist (second opinion) and none of the Aspen suggested work was suggested at the second dentist.

All of them were great. I enjoyed talking to Malia, she has a great personality. Dr.Ash was gentle and optimistic about giving me the smile I have wanted for so long. Kiara, the office manager was also helpful and very knowledgeable. You can tell these ladies love what they do.

I called before the appointment to make sure what the mask policy was so as to not make anyone feel uncomfortable.
I was told on the phone that masks were not mandatory. We got to the location and the staff made it incredibly awkward and very tense because we didn’t have masks. I tried to tell them I called beforehand and tried to be prepared but we just got lectured instead.
Come to find out- these offices are “franchised” and I called a call center. So the people I was talking to on the phone had no clue about this particular office.
We ended up just canceling the whole appointment because there was just tense vibes from not having masks and I didn’t really love the idea of sticking around.
Anyway, take this for what it’s worth. But I’d go to a dentist office that is able to answer their own phones at the very least.
