Everyone DAs and dentist were very friendly. And explained everything very well. I felt super comfortable throughout the experience.

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience. He needed a lot of cosmetic things done to his mouth. And for the price it's worth it. I had a lot of questions about the financing and what needed to be done on his mouth, We are doing them in phases and everyone there was very nice. He needed an almost emergency extraction tooth along with replacement teeth and they did this all in the same day. I am very proud of the work they performed on him. I'm already bragging to my coworkers and family members about this place. Nicely done thanks

I went in for a consult, every one was very nice and professional. The doctor was very nice and patient, he took the time to explain all the treatment and options that I had. After I was seen with the fianancing department and the lady was very helpful , tried to applied as many discounts possible. They made it very easy for me and my family to procced with treatment because they have diffrent options in payment plans. Now my treatment is all my cosmetic treatment is completed and im very pleased with the results. I would recommend this place!

Dr Mike is always good to me, polite and courteous when I visit him. He’s kind and tells me what exactly needs to be done and gives me the dates when it should be taken care of.
I’ve known him for a long time and will see him again soon.

Terrible staff. From the moment I called to make an appointment to the dental hygienist. The x ray staff member was nice and professional, but that’s the only positive thing I can say about my visit.
My insurance referred me to this place and when I called to book my appointment the lady on the phone said she’ll get my info when I come in, in insisted she do it now so I’m scheduled with the right doctor. Sure enough, the dr who accepts my insurance is only there on certain days and I had to switch my appointment then.
When I arrived I was the only person in this very big dental office, I completed the standard new patient paperwork and my x rays were completed. So fa, so good. I saw the dentist and he gave me his plan of action and for this I scheduled a future visit. I received my cleaning which I get twice a year and the dental hygienist cut my gums with her pick instrument and just asked me if I’m ok. She was REALLY rushing through my cleaning, I don’t know why. So rushed that she didn’t even floss my teeth or apologize for cutting me or tell me that she did, but I tasted blood in my mouth.
The next day that part of my gum was inflamed and in pain so I called and asked to speak with the office manager whom was unavailable and left a message for. This happened twice and still no response from the office manager so I posted my review and canceled my treatment appointment. There’s no way I’m coming back here or ever recommending this place. It seems many of the staff does not actually want to be here or work here and it transfers onto your treatment. Very sad.

I have been bringing my kids here for years, each time they only clean there teeth and tell me everything looks good no cavities. I went and got consultation else and found out the my son has cavities. I felt like this could have been caught before time. Cleaning their teeth is not the only priority.

Hands down best dentist office!!! The staff from the front desk Janette😍 , Jackie and Nathaly very nice ladies very friendly and helpful. Also the treatment coordinator Ana Aguilar was able to give me better deals the other dental office I had visit. To even the assistant Jennifer made me feel comfortable. If your looking for a dentist office give these place a try you will be satisfied.

The customer service and management are very bad. The place is not organize at all. They don't care for the business. We have to keep asking they to verify my insurance so I can schedule the treatment, but for more than 2 weeks time they was still not able to have time to verify it. Within the two weeks of wait, I have called they more than one time. We finally went in today in person. And they try to make us wait, so that they can call and verify the insurance. We wait there for 20mins. Nothing was done. I finally asked to talk to their management and let her know what we have experienced and we just going to use other places.

THE WORST!!!! If I would of known it was going to be this way I would of not gotten my braces here. customer service is HORRIBLE , the waiting is RIDICULOUS ! was their from 4-6PM last time I was their and everyone waiting were not happy either. Highly disappointed I do not and will not recommend anyone to come here. Service is horrible Great deals and all but I much rather pay more else where , where I know I will be treated right.

Don't waste your valuable time with the type of greedy people that work in this establishment. After reading previous clients horrible experiences I am inclined to agree with the low star rating. Inconsiderate of their client's time. I just sat and waited 2 hours before being seen while 5 people also were waiting in seats around me. Upon visiting the financial ladies' department, already possessing care credit, they didn't think that I was worth it to them to finance through care credit they wanted more money. Said financing $350 for 8 sealants in a cleaning wasn't worth the interests to them as they would only get a part of the money until we had it paid off and as they are expensive and their fee for care credit wasn't worth it to them.
