This is the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE to go to. A NEGATIVE -5 .
Employees have a problem ,scheduling ,molding retainers, tightening braces, and their communication with each other=NO BUENO! My 7 yr old son went to get a baby root canal because that's what they said he needed- they wanted to gas him after i told them NO GAS, they then said that he need 2 adult root canal on top of the baby root canal.........and they did not even have his x-rays ready for the doc when my son was about to get worked on. The Doc himself was frustrated!!!! i said NO, NO,NO!!!! YOUR NOT WORKING ON MY SON! Went to another Dentist and my son did not even need a Root Canal. He just need his tooth to be refilled??
Don't even start me on BRACES! the Doc is only in once a month...so you will have a long wait to get any Brace Issues FIXED! It took 3 times after my daughters braces we taken off a week and a half total with out a Retainer because they could not get it the right size. Really? that can be made in 20minutes...why would we have to wait days? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Worst dentist place ever. They take waaay too long here and it is a major waste of time. Don't even bother coming here please don't. They work extra slow and take waaay too long with everyone. Sometimes I ask myself, "do they even know what they're doing?", I mean that's how bad it is here. Don't come here it's the worst. You'll regret it. If you do come, I'm sorry for you cuz you'll have to wait hours in the waiting room even if you don't need major work done.

I loved the service and the staff were so nice and professional. I highly recommend it.

I will NEVER go back to this dentist. I only gave it 1 star so I can write a review other than that, 0! I called to schedule my appt 2 weeks or so in advance. I scheduled my appt SPECIFICALLY for a permanent retainer consultation. The girl I spoke with stated that the ortho was only there certain days out of the month. I definitely felt like I wanted to go ahead and schedule on 1 of the days he would be present seeing as he's not there often..wish I hadn't! The dental assistant that took me to the room was SUPPOSE to take Xrays but someone was at the machine so we went back to the room to wait until the machine wasn't occupied. We NEVER did the Xrays because it was SO crowded (felt like they were trying to rush and get me out of there so they can give the room to maybe someone who was paying, since this was a FREE consultation.) A lady then came into the room and started talking to me about my retainer and then she said "well have you ever thought about a permanent retainer". HELLOOOO that's why I'm here! So she goes to find the "Dr.". "Dr." Afeebie or Akeebie(whatever it is) then comes into the room with the first dental assistant(the guy) and his bedside manners are JACKED. He doesn't introduce himself and not only that...the WHOLE minute and 30 seconds he was in there he was talking to the assistant about MY mouth, not telling me whats going on. I have retainers that you pop in and pop out. I told him I wanted permanent retainers on the top and bottom the only thing he said to me was "yea I don't like doing the ones on top" but I'm TELLING you that's what I want! He then told the assistant to go FIND someone who can do the bottom one and not the top....excuse me, did you say FIND? my thoughts were "but you're the ortho aren't YOU suppose to do it" at this point I was just so ready to go! And the impression the "Dr." gave off was that he didn't wanna do it and he also seemed like he didn't like African Americans. Anywho the assistant walked out of the room saying "I don't think anyone can do this, but let me go see." WHAT KIND of STUFF IS THAT! I was not about to sit there and let them f*** my mouth up! The assistant comes back into the room about 5mins later basically telling me the only kind of retainer they can do is the ONE I ALREADY HAVE but just a new one. Like wow! I told him I would call around and find someone else who can do it and he says " yea cause we don't do that here" so when I called to schedule the appt why didn't the girl I spoke with just tell me that then! I'm so glad it was a FREE consultation because I DEFINITELY would have not payed for that crap and I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend this dentist to ANYONE. What a complete WASTE of my valuable time.

it was my first time in this office i had a good experience, staff is very friendly and helpful i didn't have to wait so long they called me right away i recommend this office to who ever for braces :)

Ive been coming here for my braces for around a year and a half now and it’s been the best. The staff are so friendly!

I've looking for a dentist place that can do my tooth replacement. I'm 66 years old and have medicare. I went to the belle or sthing Dentist on Veteran Memorial, they make me wait for a long time and waist my entire month with doing nothing. Finally I come to my Dentist today as a walk in and they do everything for me. I got my Xray, my mouth assessment and the payment plan. This is amazing and it means so much to me. Thank you very much and I hope more people know about this place.

This place is so unorganized, they only care about taking money from the patients. The people running this place is horrible. They would do anything to get your money, and once they do they don’t care about you. They will not help you, they just do what they want. Please, just go somewhere else. I don’t see how people have something nice to say about this place.

The most awful service ever. No joke!!! To start off the doctor was late. Then they kept telling us to wait 15mins and another 15mins and so on from 11am till 2pm (this is because we decided to leave) smh.
