ever since orthodontist was changed at the irving location customer service has been HORRIBLE. they changed the dates on the orthodontist appointments and didn’t let the patient know on the previous appointment that it would change. patient had to go 8 + weeks without any treatment on her braces. the appointment was delayed 5 more weeks when it was the removing braces appointment. have never had a problem with rio dental my whole three years of being with them until now that the staff has changed. the manager was very rude and responded back on our last appointment. glad we’re never coming back.

If I could give Rio Dental more than just a 5-star review I would! Dr. Doan and Martha-our dental assistant, always takes great care of my kids. Great customer service and everyone is so professional and friendly. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone! I've already referred friends and family to this facility.

Honestly, nice waiting room, great service. The dentist was an amazing person to treat me. She took extra care of me and my teeth. Huge upgrade from my last dentist who would be an animal working on my teeth and always try to put me down for bot having perfect teeth. Best dentist I’ve attended at.

I loved this place so much!! My son has sensory issues and has a hard time being comfortable at the dentist. The staff was AMAZING!! The Dentist we saw was also AMAZING with him and was sensitive to my son's sensory issues.
The games, movies, and HUGE fish tank were a welcomed distraction!! Made him forget we were at the dentist.

Techs are very nice, decor looked super cheap, the children's stickers on the walls were from the dollar store and looked terrible. I know the decor was for children, but it was shoddy. In the waiting room there were chairs pushed to where the children couldn't enter the play area and some chairs were piled up. Definitely dangerous. I would return if the office actually looked decent.

This place was recommended by my brother-in-law in Jan-'17. I had teeth cleaning and have been getting treated for braces since then.
The experience has been great. I get seen right on time, and the doctor and staff are very nice.

As someone who has had a bad dental experience in the past, I was not thrilled when I had a filling fall out on a Friday morning before a holiday weekend. I bring my son here for all of his work and called to see if they could fit me in Saturday morning. Even as a new patient, I was seen quickly, the doctor explained the whole process and the costs were broken down along with their savings program (as I am uninsured). I am satisfied with their care and the cost of services. I felt no pain during the procedure and left feeling great, with clean teeth and a follow up scheduled to address another minor issue. I’ll be bringing my husband here as well!

I have two young boys that I took with me. One is two and one is three. Everyone in the office was extremely patient with them and very friendly. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist now. I recommend this office to anyone who has kids

Dr. Russell is great. My kids love it here. Since you walk into the office they had a lot to get entertained with... from video games to a small theater and the staff was amazing.
