Justin Family Dentistry

We followed Dr. Brugler from another office simply because he is an amazing and very honest, conservative dentist. We have since moved further away but still drive over an hour to go to see him. The office staff are all so nice.

The staff are always really nice and so gentle with my teeth. I appreciate the care that goes into their work and for making my teeth look awesome. I'm moving over an hour away but will still come to this dentist office.

Going to the dentist is like going to the mechanic, the key questions is, "can I trust you?" Unfortunately, all too often the answer to this question for both is, no. But, I can assure you fellow Yelpers (you should be reading this on Yelp), Justin Family Dentistry is a place you can trust. In fact, even though I moved to Massachusetts, I still wait to see the dentist until I come back to Texas.

Oh, details, you say. Unfortunately, I'm one of those people that has a lot of dental problems. As such, having a reliable dentist is not just important, but also essential. I've seen both dentist here, and they're equally honest and reliable. From simple fillings, to crowns, and other dental "issues," I've always felt like they were straight shooters. I came from another place where every time I came in, it was always a huge bill, no matter what had already been done or how much care between visits. So, the last time I went to the other place, they gave me yet another crazy diagnosis, and I said enough. I need a second opinion. I came and saw Doctor B first, and he took the same x-rays that the prior place did, and wouldn't you know it, 25% of what the other place said I needed. The way that Doctor B explains it (because he refuses to talk bad about any other dentist, I think at least), dentists are either hyper vigilant or conservative, and the hyper vigilant types will prescribe every possible thing. Conservative dentists, on the other hand, will only prescribe what is actually needed. They will tell you what could happen down the road though. This is the type of dentist I want, and it's the type of dentist you get with Doctor B and Dr. Nguyen.

The dental hygienist here is awesome too. She's personable, super sensitive to your needs, and most importantly, she cleans a mean mouth. She somehow manages to get all of the nooks and crannies without all the torture that is normally required.

Oh, and the dental techs (I think that's what they call the people that help the dentists) are extremely nice and skilled as well. It's not all about the dentist and hygienist after all!

As for the office, the waiting area is a bit small, but they normally stagger appoints to ensure that it's not an issue. It's comfortable with a kids play area and TV. Every person that works for this place will make you feel like you're their favorite patient. They know the schedule and greet you by your name when you come in. It's these types of niceties that really make the experience positive. They have TV's on the ceilings. Yes, you read that correctly. On. The. Ceiling. "Why," you ask. Well, think about where you're looking during the appoint, the ceiling! Genius!

In fact, the only bad thing I can say about this place is the location. It's right next to the Texas Motor Speedway. This means that the roads are always under construction, 18-wheelers are the norm, and it's going to be a drive to get there.

Here's the big question, "would I recommend this place?" Of course! Have you been reading this? Even if you're in Dallas, make the drive. An honest, skilled, and trust worthy dentist and premo-hygienist are hard to find. But, look no further that Justin Family Dentistry.

Love them for my whole family. I was afraid I would never find a great dentist like the one I left behind due to moving. I was impressed to find an amazing one just down the road from our new home. Dr. Brugler is very personable, explains everything well and the staff is very friendly/helpful. Thank you!

Dr. Nguyen and staff are fantastic. While I am no fan of going to the Dentist, they have made my visits pleasant and I feel very at ease. I would highly recommend Justin Family Dentistry.

We just relocated to Texas and finding new doctors is always very challenging. Dr B was very professional and friendly. Our visit felt very personal and the facility is very clean, warm, and welcoming! We are very pleased with our visit! Thanks to Dr B and all the ladies!

I hate the dentist but my visit and cleanings went well n gentle.
Also to note they have one of the lower contracted fees for service through my dental insurance .

Everyone here is amazing and so nice. I had a tooth pulled and horror stories everyone hears bout the pain are not a problem here. I did not even feel the shots to numb the tooth. I will definitely make this my family dentist.

My 3 children and I have been seeing Dr B for nearly 5 years. They have become like family to us. Very thankful for all of them.

I love my hygienist at this office. She's the best hygienist I have ever had. I don't see the dentist that much, but he's pretty cool. I highly recommend this dentist office.
