I had a pleasant dental cleaning experience with Justin Family Dentistry. The staff were friendly and my teeth were taken care of. The dentists were knowledgeable and can explain what's going on with your teeth in laymen terms. I really dig the TV screens when you're in the chair looking up. Never seen that before. Very clean, very safe, and smells good. 5 stars!

Good experience with dental cleanings here with Emma. All of the dentists I’ve seen here have been friendly. I have not had any dental work done yet besides cleanings. I came here from a dentist in Roanoke that kept telling me I needed expensive major deep cleanings done, and I knew I didn’t. Came here and they confirmed that I in fact did not need any type of deep cleaning done! Glad I got a second opinion.

It is obvious this organization is trying to make up for lost revenue during the pandemic. They would not provide my wife a simple classic teeth cleaning and were recommending 5 followup visits to the tune of over $650 after insurance for issues not reflected in her oral health. Thank goodness they delayed my appointment for another month after waiting 3 months to get an appointment.

I have very specific facial nerve damage, and both dentists have been extraordinary in accommodating it so that my pain is minimized. They are knowledgeable, skilled, and always concerned with putting the well-being of their patients above all else.

So how often do you go to the dentist? If you are like me, you try to resist going since its usually not a fun experience. After getting a recommendation from a friend of mine, I started going to Justin Family Dentistry, and started off with a routine cleaning, just to see how they would do.
The hygienist was very friendly, approachable, and more importantly, did her job gently and effectively. My teeth felt amazing afterwards! They really try to get into the deepest crevices when possible.
Another thing I usually don't like about dentists is the sudden surge in prices and services when you visit. Thankfully, this was not the case with this dentist practice, as Dr. Nguyen is appropriately conservative and will not overcharge you or make you do anything you're not comfortable with. While I've only interacted with Dr. B once, he seemed very personable and knowledgeable.
The front office staff are remarkably friendly too, and are very helpful in scheduling appointments and being courteous. The waiting area is clean, efficient, and has some drinks for those who are a bit thirsty.
Overall, a wonderful practice, and I have no hesitations recommending this practice if you're looking for a new dentist or dental hygienist.
