I think sice covid-19, they had been backed â up, for people comming in, for a dentist appointment. But i hopw it all goea back to normal soon. I request to see dr. Costa, or Dr. Yassa when i come in with my son. In May when i came in for myself, i made an appointment to see dr Yassa to get my tooth pulled in June. I came back.in June, to get the my tooh pulled with dr. Yassa, & i was told he was the only one in that building who was qulified to pull any teeth

The dentist cares about you.
Kids donât mind going to the dentist now.
Best way I can say it, try them out and you will never go anywhere else!

Love the staff, they are great with kids... once called back you are in and out... dentist's answers all questions and concerns and gives follow up procedures etc..

I will be the first to tell you that I am not a fan of going to the dentist BUT coming to Killeen Family Dentistry has made it bearable. I first came for a toothache. Dr Ameeh (I may have misspelled his name, sorry) made a dental plan for me which included a deep cleaning and some fillings. I was very nervous but the hygienists and dentist were very understanding and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate the time they took to explain everything to me and easing my nerves. Highly recommend this dentist!

I went back to get the second half of my deep tissue cleaning done today. I was not scheduled to see my original dentist (Dr.Ahmeed) but I saw Dr.Acosta instead. I was told he was very good & co-owner. I waited a good 20 minutes in the procedure room waiting for the dentist. When he did come, he seemed to be in a hurry. He put the numbing gel on my gums but didnât even let it have time to take effect before the stuck the numbing needle in my gums! That hurt ALOT! After waiting 10 minutes for my gums to âofficiallyâ numb, he started the procedure. He was WAY TOO AGGRESSIVE. I could feel it through the numbness of my gums! After he was done, he was gone in a flash. I understand that I may have been your last patient of the day but there is NO reason to hurry on this type of procedure because âyou are ready to goâ! I have requested to only see Dr.Ahmeed going forward.

It is hard to find a dentist that will stop during the procedure to take time and calm your child down when they start screaming and crying. My son is terrified of dentists and getting anything done even just for a check upon. This dentist is the first one that I have went to that will make sure that my child is ok and doesn't just quit because my child is crying. I give them 5 stars because the whole staff is very polite, they seem to really care about my childs concerns, and they are very patient with not just the parents but the children as well.

I originally put 5 stars but that was before my son had treatment. I asked the dentist Jason Costa to work on my sonâs larger cavity. So he gave him the drink to sedate him and injections to numb his mouth but because they over booked that day....about the time Jason came back into the room the sedation was wearing off. My son became irritated and did not want to cooperate. So he was not able to get it done. I gave 2 stars because the front staff was nice.
