The doctor I had just for a cleaning really injured my teeth I have never had sensitive teeth but after he "cleaned" them I can no long drink cold or hot water or really eat anything because of the extreme sensitivity! It's been a week now and all they could tell me is it may go away! I am beyond furious that I just have to live with this pain!

Was quoted a certain price for my son's procedure due to gas sedation. Dentist says she wants to give him oral sedation and goes over everything except for the price difference. Procedure goes well and the front desk wasn't even tracking the change. Apparently changing to liquid from gas added almost another $100 to the bill. Son was in my arms so was not going to make a scene. Dentist claims she went over it although she's seeing multiple patients at the same time and has no written confirmation that I agreed to the price increase. Severe lack of communication and patient education.

Today my daughter has surgery and she had to see the anesthesia doctor today they service was fast they keep me up-to-date I felt really comfortable I was even relax while I was not even back there waiting in the waiting room I can give them a better Recommendation very organize place I love this place!See you guys in six months!

Over an hour and half PAST the appointment time before being taken back. We were here well before appointment time. Then when asked what was going on the wondrously rude woman behind the desk told me it would be another 20 minutes or so... Seriously?? Will NOT be coming back.

This is the best dentist office I have been to since I've moved to Killeen. The staff are friendly and the dentist are attentive and empathic. An excellent choice for the entire family! I'd give more stars if I could!
