I really like the dentists and the hygienists I have encountered here. They have been very thorough and explained everything. Each time I visited they have taken care to make sure I'm comfortable. Overall I am very satisfied. The only 2 things which prevent perfection and a 5 star rating are 1) I have a personal distaste for the upselling / "plan" approach which makes you feel like they are shaking you down for more money and added treatments. Albeit this is far less than other places - nirvana would be none
2)The front desk staff seems bit pushy/ abrupt to the edge of rude at times but they are busy and appear to be handling a million things at a time. It can be overlooked for the experience of everyone else.
