I had a wonderful journey of getting my smile and bite back to high performance! My wife loves my smile and my kids haven’t even noticed the work has been done, but really have been complimenting me lately on my teeth! LOL. Dr. KAAR is very professional and meticulous about his work and making sure every customer is happy. I’ve had some trying times adjusting to everything during the process. If you are considering getting implants and getting them done right, be prepared for a long and pleasant process! I would recommend these guys at Advanced Dentistry to any and everyone seeking to restore their much needed smile and very necessary bite for mastication! 👍🏾 You will need patience! My dental implant was placed a few days ago after the many steps that are necessary to complete the process. Mine started in a february and ended in May. Through out this process, I found advanced dentistry personnel and professionals to be courteous, knowledgeable and proficient. In addition, my dental costs for the implant was about the same as what I had priced for in Mexico.
I specially want to mention Dr Echeto and her assistant ms Jocelyn who throughout this process were skilled in their technique and mindful of my needs and comfort.

I have had dental implants done at multiple places. Dr Kaar did my entire lowers and couldn't be happier. What I found at Dr Kaar's office was attention to detail. The surgery was pain free for me with the sedation. My well being seemed to always be the priority. As for the final teeth: the fit, color of teeth, bite comfort, size and how realistic they look were all meticulously done.
The staff at the Dr Kaar's office were also professional, friendly and extremely caring. My last visit I had Jennifer who immediately made feel at ease and brightened my day with her smile and pleasant personality.
The front desk, office manager and assistants were wonderful, explained everything and never pressured me for anything.
I highly recommend them and would gladly answer anyone who had questions for me.

Specifically asked them before made the appointment if they could get me in before I left for an assignment for 3 months and they said yes. So they scheduled the surgery then had to reschedule and then called me yet again to reschedule for a date passed my leave date. Then kept calling me knowing my schedule and telling me they had it scheduled for another day and I told them I could not do that date like I had told them from the beginning. Overall just very frustrating and disappointing. Now I will have to spend the ridiculous gas $ to drive back 500 miles to have my procedure done. Had I known this I wouldn't have taken the appointment in the first place.

I want to thank Advance Dentistry and its staff for the work they did on my teeth. I'm from out of town and my first experience was not a good one. I was nervous about the procedure and had pervious work done but because of COVID-19 my work was delayed and damaged. So I had to find another dentist that would help in restoring my teeth. The work was done in two separate visitations. The first was the surgery and temporary replacements. This visit was not a pleasant experience due to the complications in communication about the procedure and just getting everything finalized. But I have to say, my second visit to Texas to finish my procedure was excellent, Leon and Ashley was a pure delight. They not only made me feel comfortable but there knowledge and professionalism was beyond what I expected. Dr. Kaar is not a very personable person but his knowledge and expertise is top notch. Let's just say the guy knows what he is doing. I definitely recommend Advance Dentistry to any associate, friend or family, in fact I already have.
