Very beautiful office, Dr Wenner was awesome and so informative. Casey did a great job helping me understand my insurance and how to benefit the treatment for me.
Robin was so professional. I would recommend this practice to anymore.

Big shout out to Advanced Dentistry Dr. Kaar, Dr. Weener, Samantha, Kristen and Brittney, they all were an intergal part of me completing my dental implant procedure. Dr. Kaar is very was patient centered for to care. Samantha the office manager, recognized through my behavior the reservation and anxiety regarding the procedure. She moved to alleviate my fears, by discussing her observations with attending Doctor who immediately addressed my needs in his patient care plan. The office assistant Kristin, exemplified extraordinary customer service by going beyond, to meet my service needs during the treatment. Her follow through...amazing. The surgical team, Dr. Wenner and Brittney ensured that I received the best of care from the moment, i was positioned for surgery to the post op recovery. Dr. Wenner, displayed good bedside manner, very knowledgeable and patient . From the time I walked into the office up until the time I left, the entire team from Advanced Dentistry made an experience which many people have apprehensive feelings and made it one of the most pleasant visits that I have had to a medical facility.

I made the right choice!! Dr. Karr is a
perfectionist, he has a great, fun staff. I live in east Texas, I checked out several other doctors and facilities. Had a really good vibe at Advanced Dentistry. I made my choice to proceed with Advanced Dentistry, driving past all the others when I had an appointment. Upon completion of my all on 4 top and bottom. I KNOW I made the right choice!!!

Advanced Dentistry and Dr. Kaar have completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. Three years ago I had multiple bad teeth and the cost at my previous dentist to repair everything was over $40,000. I made the horrible decision to have all teeth removed and have a prosthetic made as it was a quarter of the price of full restoration. For three years I've been miserable will ill fitting teeth and embarrassed to talk or smile. When I came to Advanced I was traumatized from my last dental experience at another office and very emotional. Everyone at Advanced has been very kind and have supported me through the process. Dr. Kaar came up with a few different options for me and made me a new upper and lower prosthetic that are beautiful! You wouldn't know they aren't my real teeth! I wasn't the easiest patient to deal with but they never made me feel like I was asking too much. Dr. Kaar spent as much time with me as was needed to ensure I got exactly what I wanted, his skill and attention to detail are unmatched. I will absolutely be returning to Advanced Dentistry as will my daughter and father. Thank you Dr. Kaar!

I was researching dentists in Carrollton and Lewiville area who perform implant and all-on-4 procedures to get my upper and lower teeth replaced after years of neglect. I narrowed down my choices to a couple of places from which I decided to go with Dr. Kaar at Advanced Dentistry.

Just the thought of going to see the dentist has always been scary and after years of putting it off and my teeth just deteriorated to the point that I had to extract them all. I could not enjoy many foods and always held back a smile because I did not want to be embarrassed by my teeth. Dr. Kaar must have dealt with many scared folks like me before because he was very patient and understood my fears. He and his staff went over every aspect of the surgery and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure.

The all on 4 procedure cost is high and that's why I regret not taking care of my teeth much earlier, however, Advanced dentistry was the most cost effective among the places I researched. The low cost dental implants and high quality of care I received from Dr. Kaar and Advanced dentistry staff is unmatched and highly recommended.

Advanced Dentistry met all my dental needs and more. Full mouth extractions and complete upper and lower implants. Dr.Kaar (exceptional) dedicated his time and staff for me on the day of surgery, virtually no unusual pain afterwards, healed quickly and has answered all my questions along the way with optimism and clarity. I used to work in the dental field and the assistants and hygienist are very skilled and knowledgeable. Front office staff very nice and accommodating. Clinic is exceptionally modern and extremely clean. State of the art equipment and people. Would recommend to anyone seeking excellent dental care. 5 Stars.

I was sold on the quality,cost and ease of process with getting a dental implant. After several calls and only having a bone graft and tooth extraction(charged over $2500) I still have several remaining sessions to complete the procedure. I would not recommend this practice at all!!! The office manager offered me $1000 refund. I could have gotten my tooth extracted and bone graft completed for much less at the competitors with much less hassle!!!!
$1500 for a tooth extraction and bone graft...the competitor offered to do the exact same process for $850. I was definitely ripped off and very much UNSATISFIED!!!

I came here from out of state and I had limited time. They made sure I was out in time with a complete set of beautiful all on 4 implants. I will definitely be coming back for my follow up cleanings. I loved Jolly the dental hygienist, she was very understanding and gentle. Dr McNamara was very gentle and warm. She is very calming and makes you feel at east. The lab was amazing. They have an in house lab to make it more cost effective for you. Buco and Rocio worked on making my teeth and they made them perfect. Not to mention we had a huge time restraint. They went above and beyond to have them ready for me. I have gained so much confidence that this place has given me by creating my perfect smile. Oh! It was the most inexpensive place I’ve found and they didn’t cut any corners. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Advanced Dentistry.

I had appointment with the facility for three-unit dental bridge. Initially I had a temporary bridge. Broke my 2 teeth when I visit the facility for permanent bridge. Dr Olga was ready to give me root canal on the same day but I refused to have it as I wanted to find out various options. I asked Dr Olga for free treatment and compensation for breaking teeth. She said I will discuss with Dr Karr. Instead of compensation and treatment options, I got a letter after one week from Dr Karr’s Office on refund settlement and release. The letter clearly states we refund your money and you agree not to institute, prosecute, pursue any action against Advanced Dentistry and refrain from any disparagement, defamation, libel or slander of Advanced Dentistry and forever release the dentistry. I was flabbergasted by reading the letter as I was looking for treatment options. Instead of giving treatment options, doctor office decided to refund without further obligations. I felt that is gross negligence and unethical practice on doctor's part as Dr Office did not even care to discuss with me before sending the letter. I just got a call from Finance Department that we have emailed you refund settlement and release letter. Please sign and send it back to us. I didn't sign the letter. Meanwhile, I placed the credit card charge on dispute because I did not get the proper treatment. Dr Karr wanted me to remove the dispute but I made it clear to him that I will remove the dispute only when I agree with your treatment option.

Dr Karr mentioned in his response that the patient was thinking the facility wouldn't be notified by the credit card company about this dispute. What a poor response it is!! I am in 50's and I know how credit card dispute works! Also he mentioned patient is hoping he will receive something in free. After having such a bad experience, a right mindset won't even care even if a free treatment is offered until fully convinced. I was not convinced that is why I changed the facility.

I visited the facility a couple of more times to discuss treatment options but I was not satisfied the way Dr Karr handled the matter so finally I gave up and decided to go to another dentist to discuss treatment options.

My mother recommended, when I needed an extraction & molar implant this past year, to go to advanced dentistry in Lewisville.
Her ‘new mouth’ has given her the self confidence she never had to smile all these years which had me give them a go.
They have a beautiful clinic. Their team is lovely. I always leave with a smile on my face. So does mother..
