Very professional staff, especially Dr. Padilla and Dental Assistant Mark, they both had great bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable and explained everything they were doing. I can tell Patient care is the top priority at White Wing dental and if you looking for a great Dental office I really recommend this one!

No teeth cleaning unless you have x-rays
I cannot comment on the dentist's cleaning skills since I have not received any service.
After about 30 minutes waiting, I was able to tell the dental assistant that I do not want x-rays, and I just need basic cleanings. After another 25 or 30 minutes, the dentist came in and told me that I cannot have a teeth cleaning unless I have x-rays. All new patients need to have x-rays. I suggested that I can sign all the waivers needed, so that all responsibility is on me. The dentist still said no. So I left.
If you are a person who do not like too much x-rays like me, think carefully when you make an appointment here.

I am a 13 year old writing this. My grandmother and I went in for a cleaning for me about an hour ago and to ask for a referral to get braces. Everything was well, until Dr. Gray came in. First of all, he came in with a disgusting attitude and went ahead and started off by lashing out on me because I had some cavities that I had acquired within time. I understand I didn’t take the best care of my teeth when I was younger, but I do now and that’s not an excuse to make a teenager feel bad. He went on to tell me that I would be “throwing my money into fire” implying that getting braces wouldn’t be worth it ONLY BECAUSE I needed some fillings that easily could’ve been done. I don’t know who he thinks he is, but last time I checked, he wasn’t the one paying for my braces. He told me that my hygiene was horrible and that I wasn’t “hygienic enough” to have braces if I barely met the “hygiene line for brushing my teeth.” He hurt my feelings so much, I took one look at my grandmother and she could immediately tell that I was about to cry.
Bottom line: Don’t go here. WhiteWing Dental hurts teenagers’ feelings and makes them cry the second they step out the door. Think twice before going.

Dr O and his team went to great lengths to make me feel comfortable with the root canal procedure. They checked in on me through out the process making sure I was ok and that I wasn’t able to feel anything. At present moment I can honestly say I have felt small discomfort as my jaw is a little sore but nothing that’s been excruciatingly painful.

Went from 5 stars to 0 if I could. We are not insurance that you can just bill whatever, I pay out of pocket and they discriminate because of it. We usually come here for our dentists needs. Great Dr’s. Unfortunately today was not that great. I specially made an appointment for my daughter to just get a cleaning and myself to get the whole x-ray and cleaning combo. That’s all for my daughter. No x-rays, just a cleaning. She wears braces and I want a cleaning before the 6 months. Well they obviously forgot to mention to me that if I didn’t get x-rays then She couldn’t get a cleaning both times we spoke on the phone and I had made it clear we just needed a cleaning. She goes to the orthodontist and has just had xrays not long ago so no I don’t want more x-rays.
Will NOT be coming back here. What a disappointment! I guess they don’t want cash paying patients. 😡 they made me change my morning, waste time and gas going all the way from Mission for nothing. We were told TWICE it would be ok just the cleaning.

Be prepared to wait HOURS!!!!! Had to go back to fix a tooth that was not done correctly THE FIRST TIME. Waited HOURS for the doctor and no one ever showed up. Had to reschedule, front desk didn’t even apologize. This is time wasted!!! Wouldn’t recommend, look somewhere else!!!!!
