Absolutely Horrible! I spent one hour in the waiting room. The rude office assistant was desperately trying to see just how much they could milk out my insurance company. After I complained that I had been waiting for an hour watching customer after customer go in, they finally saw me. Then the teenage technician insisted that I get 7 X-rays. I explained that that was unnecessary as I was there for two filling, and that I was happy to get two x-rays max, as I had just had a full mouth X-ray a few months ago and my teeth were fine. He continued to insist as clearly the main interest was not my dental needs, but how much they could milk the issuance company for. I walked out. Really pathetic to see just to what extent this practice goes to to get money out of the insurance companies, not giving a damn about the actual patient.

Very good experience at whitewing dental, they need to get new examination chairs, one was very worn down, they also need better playlists on music like Chris Tomlin. I give it 4 stars .

I was referred to another dental office by a friend and I also stopped by a dental office I had visted in the past. The first office could not see me as a walk in and wanted to give me an appointment until next week. The second office did not want to see new patients without appointments.
I came across Whitewing Dental by driving down McColl. They fit me in their schedule. Saw me right away. My visit was fantastic, I want to thank the entire staff of Whitewing Dental for their flexibility and great service. I would recommend friends, family, and colleagues to Whitewing Dental.

I really like the hygienist very through in cleaning my teeth. It just take a little long appointment is at …… time and you go in 30 minutes later then wait another 20 for someone to come and clean.
