Midland Dentistry 4 Kids

The dentists are good handling my son and answering any questions that I have although they refused to listen to me about some paperwork until I called the office manager and complained. The billing and receptionist seem to be scatterbrained and seem to need more help doing their jobs.

New to midland..had been with previous dental for 10 years.was a little worried changing dentist. When my daughter chipped her front tooth and needed it repaired. I Called midland denistry 4 kids and they got her in the next day for the first visit. Did not garentee same day fix but we understood. Waiting room was inviting with kids movies on the TV's, a little movie theater room, and games for the kids to play while waiting the wait was not bad pretty normal wait time. During the visit the assistant's and Dr's explained everything very well to not only me but to my daughter as well made her feel comfortable. They also were able to fit her in to have the repair done with only a 20 minute extra wait time. Price was not to bad pretty competitive with the service provided. Who time there 1hr 30min. Would recommend

We have been using MD4K for almost 10 years & they only get better! My 8 yr old had anxiety last time for a filling & the staff went above & beyond to help her feel better. Thank you!

Everyone was so extremely sweet and friendly. My son, not yet 1 1/2, has a tendency to be very fearful of new places and people, but he warmed up to everyone he met so fast. so it made everything go so much easier.

We have been going to MD4K for about 5 years now. Every time I can't believe the great attitude, patience and care ALL the staff gives. From the girls at the front and accounting to the hygienist and doctors, they have all taken the time to make us feel that they are happy we are there. That's rare in Midland. Management is doing a great job hiring good people and keeping them happy. Thank you!

Right now I'm frustrated. Sit in your car with kids and wait.....and we finally get called up, only to take temps....just to get sent back to the hot car. Getting in and out of a car....with kids who think they are going to in...is not an easy thing. Now none of them want to go in. Ready to go home.

Maybe y'all should be ready to take the patients in into the building when you call them up.

This is not a good experience. I am anxious to see if it improves when we go inside.

It was the best experience for both of us. They were very lovely and pacient to my 3 yr old boy, who was enjoying the visit. Starting with video games, ballons, toys,the dr assistant, she was explaning every step and let him play with some tools. They were able to perform the x rays, (never done in other place), cleanse and the best, he was smiling and talking with the Dr and assistant. They are very professional!

11 yrs having dentist appts here and there and had never come across a better place where I’m confident that only the necessary will be done to my children. Employees are great always, 3 yrs going to midland dentistry for kids and they always do great. They are courteous, amicable, respectful they take their time explain everything to you and always make sure everything goes smoothly. No bad comments about this place, keep it up!

The waiting room is awesome for kids! Games and movies. Nurses are polite, quick and knowledgeable. Dr. Gouch was AMAZING..very caring, thorough and informative, family oriented, great with kids. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Midland Dentistry 4 Kids worked on my children and my self whenever they ware taking adults, they always did a good job, they have fare rates, they are reliable exceptional customer service and every thing any body would be looking for in a dental clinic. I highly recommend them!
