Midland Dentistry 4 Kids

I have been bringing my children here since 2011. The staff is always so nice and awesome with my kids. We used to see the same doctor every visit until he moved. Since he left we don’t have any consistency. We see someone new every time even when I request a specific doctor. I am starting to feel like maybe I need to stop trying. It gets frustrating when I call to make sure the kids see one specific doctor and we end up seeing a brand new face. Those brand new faces are always great with the kids. We love the staff here. We waited over 30 minutes to be seen at today’s visit and I had planned to get the kids back to school. Our appointment was at 9:30am we checked in at 9:41 and we are still here and it is now 11:29am. Today had not been the best day at MD4K.

I love bringing my daughter here. She loves coming to her dentist appointments. The staff is very friendly and great with the kids.

Midland Dentistry 4 kids did and amazing job with my girls. Dr Chen and Dr Hilaire were so patient. One of my daughters wanted a female dr and they brought in Dr Hilaire, she was great in calming down my daughter. The dental assistant Shawna was so patient as well. She showed and explained all the tools to my daughter made her feel more comfortable.

I just went in recently, staff greeted me right away the waiting room was awesome cause they had games on the wall for the big kudos and a mini theatre for everyone. Staff was very patient and professional with my little ones , I have a 3 year old daughter && 6 month old son so you can imagine how they would react going to the dentist for the first time in a long time. I recommend them 100%! Wish they were closer to home but I will take the extra time to drive there for them they are awesome!!

This was our first visit to Midland Dentistry 4 Kids and we absolutely loved it. They have video games & televisions in different areas of their facility & an area that looks like a little movie theater. I loved the employees, they were all so sweet & what I really liked was that they are a team. You don’t see that very often anymore, they worked together to keep everything going smoothly. When my son was called to the back I was greeted & handed a note for school & a card with his next appointment, I was so glad that I didn’t have to go wait at the front desk after my visit to ask for those items. I know it seems like something small but it was a big deal for me because I was in a hurry. I am also so thankful for Ashley, she was so great with the kids. A child next to us was having a break down because he was scared. My heart hurt for his mother because you could tell she was embarrassed but Ashley stepped in after 2 of the other ladies had their try at getting her little boy seated. She was so patient with him & talked him through the whole procedure. It was great!! I’m sorry it’s so long but I like to read reviews before I go anywhere to see if they are positive or negative. I just have to say that I definitely recommend Midland Dentistry 4 Kids. My son can’t wait to go back, & that’s how I know I chose the right place for us.

The only complaint I have is when I call to make an appointment, they tell me that the day of I can just call to check in. But the day comes, I call, they forward me to someone else and I have repeat my child’s name and information .. just so that they can start the text check in. Can we just start the text process on our own ? Or do we really have to call ? I know it seems like a small complaint but it’s really a waste of time when we can already be checked in and receiving treatment instead of sitting out in the parking lot an hour past our appointment time. Also there seems to be miscommunication between the front office staff and the office manager. But I do have to say that everyone in the back is super nice.

Upon arrival the staff is always friendly. I have NEVER encountered anyone with a bad, you’re wasting my time attitude. Each one of the dentist are amazing with great bed side manners. The best part is watching them interact with the kids cause you can tell that they love what they do by how they make the children feel comfortable during the procedures.

I took both of my kids for the first time yesterday. Holy wow was I impressed. One of my kids has to have a dental procedure done soon, and my other son is so jealous that his brother gets to go back and he doesn’t 😂🤷‍♀️

Dental staff here have always been great but the office management needs improvement. While the Covid restriction and waiting outside is fine, their communication with the process is terrible. Be sure to text the number, even if someone tells you they will check you in. Otherwise they will never contact you to come in. We waited an hour, calling multiple times to check on our appointment status and every time they said we were still waiting because they were missing forms, but never communicated that upon arrival.

We’ve been patients here for almost two years and once you get back to the dental staff, everything is great but it’s never a quick process getting back there. The office manager seemed indifferent, almost unsurprised, about my complaint. We will not be back or waste any more time at this business.

The staff is always helpful and greets you with a smile. They never make you feel like you are in the way or a burden to them. I have 3,kids they all go in at the same time. So some places make it me comfortable because my family takes up most of the room. Midland Dentistry for kids is the opposite they make you feel right at home! The Dr is super nice and has a great sense of humor‼️
