Absolutely recommend! Everyone is so nice, and it’s warm and welcoming here. I had to have teeth pulled and the Dr, & nurse assistants were very patient with me & worked with me! They made conversation & Made it very comfortable! And of course had a few laughs!

Coming from someone that gets very nervous about going to the dentist- I really am grateful for the staff and Dr Mai at Restoration smiles..Sarah is wonderful and always remembers my name- and goes out of her way to talk with me about my questions and concerns. She is for sure a huge asset for the team at Restoration. I went in a few days ago to get a permanent crown seated and had the privledge of meeting Lynette, who was working on prepping my crown for me. She took extra time to sit and discuss the procedure with me, and was very aware of my anxiety about the whole process. She skillfully moved me away from nerves and not so good feelings about my tooth and took some time to get to know me, as a person. Our conversation for sure helped me relax and we were finished up in no time. I know the office is busy- but her taking a little bit of extra time with me really made me feel better. I appreciated the time she took- I walked out feeling more relaxed than when I went in! The whole staff at Restoration work hard to take care of their patients and also treat you like real people. As a business owner myself, I am always aware of- people may not remember what you say, but they will always remember how you make them feel. Thanks so much for taking such great care of me and my teeth!

Restoration Smiles is phenomenal!😁 The staff is courteous, friendly, helpful, and informative. They truly go the extra mile to ensure that you are comfortable - customer service is superb. I live in Katy, but I am happy to make the drive! Dr. Mai is passionate and patient with her clients. I highly recommend Restoration Smiles of Tomball!

Everyone was so nice no pressure when I said I couldn't afford $4,000. right now due to another dentist bill of $3,600. So as soon as I can manage to pay that bill down I will go back and have a little done at a time. I would highly recommend Restoration Smiles Family Dentist in Tomball. They seem to understand, not having that kind of money.

This experience was much better than I expected. I got to the office shortly after they open the door. I told them my symptom, I started the new patient paperwork, before I could finish, they put me in an exam room, I finished the paperwork (actually on a tablet). I was told upfront the cost of the new patient exam. They did many x-rays, took digital pictures of my mouth and explained everything as they were doing them. I needed two teeth to be extracted which I thought would I would have to make another appointment, but no, it was done right then. I saw the doctor remove one tooth, I asked about the other tooth. He already had it out.

Reagan is the best hygienist! She is very gentle and thorough. My experience was by far the best I ever had. I would strongly recommend her to be your hygienist!

Restoration Smiles exceeded my expectations! I took my 5 year old for a cleaning today and I was completely amazed on how great it went for us. This office is very clean and all staff is friendly. If you are looking for pediatric dental work this is the place!

Went in the reception was courteous, prompt and helpful.
I get to the back and the assistant was nice and prompt in getting X-rays and me set up.
Dentist comes in and is nice and courteous and discussing what I would need done.
The lady from reception comes back in and explains everything and the costs of what the dentist recommended. So I agreed to get started on some of what I knew needed done and paid for that portion. The dentist I saw was unable to se me and another came in. They started to put the gel and she looked at my X-rays and said I may need a root canal but she would not know till she was in there. Which was the first time I heard anything about a root canal. Filling yes, root canal no.
So I had to reschedule to come back another day with the possibility of an extra thousand added to my bill without having any idea. Which I hope that is not the case. That was the reason for the 3 stars
