Our first visit today. The whole experience from beginning to end was great. Welcoming, friendly staff and doctors. Felt very comfortable the whole time. Office setting is very nice too. Love all the wind mobiles out the window. Great distraction if needed.

Dr. Cobb is exceptionally professional and shows that he genuinely cares. He’s honest. One last kudo definitely goes to CARRIE the coordinator that knows me by name and voice when I call and just knows her stuff to the T.

Caring competent staff.
A couple of years ago they found a hairline fracture on one of my molars. They showed it to me and gave me the options dealing with it then or waiting and watching. I chose to wait.
They kept an eye on it at each cleaning and then when it broke last week, they offered to deal with it immediately or to make an appointment for the next week. Since it wasn’t hurting, I came in yesterday and they showed me everything that was going on, numbed me, cleaned up the place, created a new crown in house and put it on. I was out in less than two hours with a new crown matching my other teeth.

Dr. Lassetter was very thorough and took the time to explain everything very well and go over further treatment. Patient and caring, Ashley also did an excellent job cleaning my teeth without hurting me (a tall order for as sensitive as my teeth are!). I was really impressed. It was my first time with them and everyone was great!
