I always enjoy my time at HOT Smiles. The staff is always friendly and caring. I always look forward to my dentist appointments.

Dr Lassiter is a great DDS, If anyone has needs for dental care I would recommend her to you , She is friendly and she gets job done. You will be pleased with her.

Today I had Kim and Lassitter working on a cavity. And despite the current pandemic they were patient, friendly, and understanding. I was pleasantly surprised with how efficient and kind everyone was. I was only there for an hour and a half but they fixed my teeth up perfectly. Making sure I was comfortable and worked on my teeth with smiles and good humors. I have already decided that this will be my primary and only dentist I will see. Thank you guys for everything!

Had a great experience. Employees I dealt with were very upbeat and very pleasant.8-13-22 went in to have two teeth worked on. Dr Rivacoba was excellent and a caring person. Just returned for my teeth cleaning on 1-9-23. . My opinion hasn't changed. Still top notch service

I have always had pretty severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist, so I was reluctant to try ANOTHER one. My mom suggested HOT Smiles so I gave it a shot. I filled out my paperwork online so when I arrived for my appointment all I had to do was check in and wait to be called back. The dental assistant or hygienist maybe, was extremely nice and was great at explaining everything she did. She was fast with the X-rays, scans and pictures. Dr. Lasetter was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome in the office and explained all of the things that contribute to dental health.She was extremely helpful in coming up with a care plan for me and what options I have in the future. They were able to schedule my cleaning same week. The woman who helped me with payment was great at explaining all of my payment options and helped me schedule the next appointment. Overall I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and my experience so far at HOT Smiles!!!

The staff is wonderfully kind and patient with our kids. The hospitality of the clinic and attention to detail of the clinicians and dentists is unlike any other place we have been. We always look forward to our visits at Heart of Texas Smiles!

I've never had something like this done before so I will say it in detail.

My representative was Gail, I was scheduled for a teeth cleaning.
Gail asked where I was from, I mentioned I was from a conservative family who recently moved to Texas five years ago.
She said she didn't like conservatives right now (though she claims to be one) and while cleaning my teeth began to rant about her views.
I mentioned our previous electee may be running in 2024 and I might vote for him just due to how things are. Then again I was unable to speak with the work going on she began belittling my views, saying I "watched Fox" and had blinders on etc.
She said our previous electree (The orange T) never had done anything good ever. At my next turn to speak I said I liked lower Gas prices.
She grew angry and began ranting more. Talking about how evil he was and how terrible his ideals were.
I disagreed.
Here she got mad, looked down at me while cleaning my teeth and said "You better be careful what you say. I could drag this across the roof of your mouth, cut it open, and say that you grabbed my hand because you were anxious. That's what I'll tell them." then continued.
I got nervous, after this I tried to clarify this was a joke, and I didn't appreciate it. She scoffed. I asked again if she was kidding. She scoffed again.
Later the doctor came in and began to ask questions, when I met him etc.
She laughed at me and asked what drugs I was on when I came here the first time.
I was not comfortable any more, at all. I was courteous to her the whole time, did not use any vulgar language. Didn't say much and was as utterly polite as could be.
I tried to hint to the Doctor that she was making threats but he thought it was a joke.
Afterwards, I went to the admin office and reported her actions.

I honestly don't feel comfortable coming back here, I am sure that will make Gail happy. But if you go here, just make sure Gail doesn't know how you vote, "accidents" may happen.

I wish I went to them as soon as I moved to Waco to avoid all the issues with other dentist. They take my insurance, the building hygienist and DDS Cobb are all nice. The most pleasant root canal I ever had. ❤️
