The atmosphere at iSmile on 5th Street is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and their dental procedures are state of the art. I am extremely happy with the dental care I receive at iSmile on 5th Street and actually look forward to my visits!

I'm beyond frustrated with Ismile! They have made multiple mistakes to the point where I cried in the office and the dentist had no remorse and said " I don't know why you're crying." They have made appointments and then cancel with out telling me. They billed me when I already paid the bill. Do not go to Ismile unless you want to be taken advantage of! Don't recommend them to anyone!

Very friendly staff! Lauren is so helpful, works hard, and is very knowledgeable. Kim is so nice and is always able to answer any questions. The dentists here are great! I have always had great experiences.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! Lauren and Kim have made me look forward to going to the dentist! They are so kind and so fun. Dr. Erickson is outstanding as well. I've never felt better about my smile!

To whoever needs a really great dentist, I recommend ismile. ismile dentist is a really great and clean dental office. They’re really friendly and helpful. They don’t judge anything about you or your teeth. Also the cost is affordable or they work payment plans. Like I said I recommend this dentist office👌🏽😁

I did initially enjoy my experience at iSmile in the Avenues the hygienist was great and thorough. Dr. Barton was not professional, the first thing he said to me was "You look like you could be my kid's age." (I'm 26) and later said that my molars looked like his. (He looks like a 60-year-old man). Later when going over my treatment plan he recommended that I have 6 fillings and 3 tooth extractions, for a total of $1,163. I asked if this meant that I had cavities and he said, "Its like if you have a nail in your tire, you can drive around with it but when you take it out you are going to have to get a whole new tire." I left confused and alarmed, so I wanted a second opinion I drove to Colorado to see my uncle who is a dentist. When I visited him ismiles sent him the wrong x-rays (HIPPA violation?). So after another set of x-rays and an evaluation, my uncle determined that I certainly didn't need any of the recommended fillings and that my wisdom teeth didn't need extraction, and I don't have any cavities. I'm going to go with opinion #2.

The entire staff including the Dentist are all new as of July of 2021...the atmosphere is so fun and light...you can tell the employees love this office and their jobs...
Dr Lankford is sooo amazing...she is conservative in her diagnosis, she is so clear in her communication with patients and staff, and she loves to educate patients in their over all dental health...she does a fantastic job exploring with the patients what mayb causing their decay, wear, sensitivity and ect on their teeth to help find a solution to prevent the problem from reoccuring in the future....
The office is clean and nicely decorated...I absolutely love this office...my experience has been soooo positive....they are very thorough with their follow through and follow up...their is lots and lots of laughter throughout the entire office which is such a nice change to other dental offices I have been too...
I highly recommend this office to all my friends and family...

I used to be terrified of going to the dentist and I no longer am due to their ability to make you feel very comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this dental office and all the wonderful people that work there.
