Great staff, compassionate care, convenient location. Dr. McAffee is an excellent dentist with a fabulous chair-side manner. He always ensures I am well informed and understand my treatment options. I feel confident that he only wants what is best for his patients and this comes through in his thoughtful approach. Thank you all for the impeccable service!

I absolutely love this place. For the longest time I’ve had a terrible fear of going to the dentist. Not anymore! The entire staff is amazing and not only are they are extremely professional and organized, but very friendly and welcoming as well. They’re also extremely accommodating, wether it’s a last minute appointment change, or going above and beyond to do anything to make you more comfortable, they cover it all! I’ve had everything done from surgical procedures to a basic visit, and have never been disappointed in the level of care and attention to detail provided by the administrative staff, dentists, surgeons, specialists, and their assistants. Personally I see Dr. McAfee and Brooke (my dream team!), but have had treatment from others as well and simply can’t recommend them enough. I’ll never go anywhere else. 5 stars!

They market themselves as “high tech”. But they push unnecessary gum treatments on folks. This happened to both my spouse and I, we got second opinions and turns out our gums are perfectly healthy.

Go look at the other negative reviews. Worth getting a 2nd opinion on. Their “light/laser gum treatments” aren’t covered by insurance because… as it turns out, aren’t backed by industry standard science yet. They’ll also push you toward expensive saliva genetic testing.

I actually followed up with some professionals associated with the U of U Dental school & some other dentists, and “light treatment” for periodontitis is essentially bunk. I followed up with my primary care doctor on genetic saliva testing and he informed me there hasnt been enough research done on in this field to actually say really for certain that you are actually more prone to gingivitis or not, only that a bio marker exists that could be loosely correlated to that being the case. Mainly because the science is in its infancy. He recommended not spending the cash and just flossing.

My family has been coming to see Dr. McAffee since they opened. The staff is amazing and caring. I had a really big fear of dentist and Dr. McAffee is so understanding and so gentle that I actually look forward to go now. My family has had regular teeth cleaning, cavities filled, root canal, wisdom teeth removed, a few dental implants and 2 sets of braces all done wonderfully. i would highly recommend this place!!

I have always had a hard time going in to a dentist office. But it was time for my cleaning so I got an appointment. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly front desk who helped me get signed in. Then I was taken to the back for X-rays which were the best I have ever had. They took lots of different angles and were very thorough. Then I had my teeth cleaned by hands down best dental hygienist in the state! Then the doctor and his awesome assistant did a couple fillings for me. The dentist was checking in on me making sure I wasn’t in pain and made sure that I had the best experience possible.
I will be recommending this place to everyone and will be a life long patient!!!

Everyone was incredibly respectful towards both my service dog and I. Ryan was my dentist & Kiana was the tech, both made me feel safe and heard whenever I had a question or concern. I have anxiety around the dentist and everyone made me feel very comfortable! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new dentist!

Really nice dentist and staff, who offered free incentives. The facilities were very modern and clean and welcoming. The cleaning and x-rays were very thorough, probably the best I've had with the newest. technology The overall atmosphere and treatment was great, probably worthy of 4 or 5 stars.

I dropped the rating to 2 stars, because the dentist is aggressive in regards to dental care. I've regularly gone to the dentists and never had major problems. When going to the first appointment, I was told that I needed a crown and two fillings. They also recommended gum work in the future. Surprised by the assessment, I got a second opinion and was told that my teeth and gums were in good shape. I'm sure dental work has a grey scale and this dentist's recommendation is on the more aggressive side.

I wouldn't hesitate to go back for a cleaning, but I would recommend a second opinion with any identified dental work.

I have been to a lot of dentists over the years and have finally found the best! Dr. McAffee is a true professional and does great work. He and his staff treat you like family and make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend them to all. Keep up the great work!

Dr. McAffee and his wonderful staff are just amazing! Make you feel like you're apart of the family as soon as you walk through those doors! Not to mention, they have ALL the best, newest and most up to date equipment you can get. I have never had more thorough work done to my teeth. As well as all of the dad jokes your heart desires! I highly recommend Dentists of South Jordan and Orthodontics!
