Our experience with Dr. McGavin himself was good but our experience with his office staff, particularly Myra, was awful. We’ve been visiting McGavin’s office regularly for the past 2.5 years and overall our experience was good, except while working with Myra. She’s very condescending and passive aggressive with patrons and she’s ultimately the reason why my family and I will not be returning.
