More important than any other factor, Dr. Hatch is a great dentist. He is knowledgeable, practical, skillful, funny and he cares for his patients. I had my third appointment today and was very happy with the attention to detail and courtesy and careful Covid precautions. Terrific cleaning today of my crowded and stain prone teeth and I asked to keep the hygienist and Dr. Hatch. I've had loads of dental work through my life and it's never pleasant but really this was quite pleasant today. Also my dental insurance contribution went up to $800 this year so we cancelled it. But this practice has a club membership for a much lower annual fee for routine care plus no confusion over getting costs covered. Helpful administrative people. So much more informative than previous provider.
