Dr. Hatch and his team were wonderful during my last visit, where I had not one, but two fillings replaced. The staff was very accommodating and even accepted my request to play Christmas music !! It was a memorable visit to say the least.

I’ve recently moved to the Forest area and along with many changes, I was in need of a new dentist. In a matter of one day a toothache turned into something more severe, needing immediate attention. I called Crossroads Family Dentistry and they were kind enough to fit me in an already full schedule, the same day I called. Everyone was friendly, professional and caring. Dr. Roberts diagnosed me as needing a root canal and put me on medications for pain and infection in addition to giving me recommendations for an endodontist. I had a wonderful dentist in Maryland and thought it would be hard to find a dental group as nice as that one. I have to say, I don’t have to look any further. I had a tooth that had abscessed and needed pulled immediately. I called them explaining what was going on and they were able to see me within two hours as a walk in and not even being a patient of theirs. The staff was friendly and very professional. Once I was in the chair the assistant and dentist explained everything they were going to do. They got my tooth pulled as I had asked them to do. No hoopla about trying to fix it or any extras. They did exactly what I asked and went about it in a professional manner that made me feel like they put their patient’s needs first and not the dollar unlike some other dentists in town. They have gained me as a customer for sure!!!

My family came to Crossroads after an awful experience at another dentist of overcharging and overfinding of very costly issues, shaming for inadequate flossing, etc. . . I was terrified of the dentist. This staff didn’t know my background, but warmly welcomed us from the moment we stepped in the door. They coordinated with insurance and I have not had to do anything in that regard. They were so positive and reassuring and truly seemed like they love their job. They are honest but not eager to treat what can be managed by good hygiene. I am SO THANKFUL we tried Crossroads Dentistry!!♥️

Amazing STAFF!!!!!!! Everyone was happy and super friendly. My first time there was Monday 11/18 to get a tooth pulled. I was super nervous but excited to get it out. Dr. Hatch took less than 5 mins to take it out!!!! I'll definitely be coming back!
