I've been going to Dr. Chien at Bellevue Family Dentistry for about a year and a half, ever since moving up to Bellevue from Orange County to work at Microsoft. During this time, I've had a few cleanings and a crown put in. Some things I love about this place:
Dr. Chien is a true professional a very personable guy. The dental assistants and hygienist I've worked with, Daniela, Amanda, and Kevin, are also all great at what they do, really friendly, and fun to talk to.
I had a cavity get bad enough that I needed a root canal. I was in bad enough pain that I had to leave work for the day, so I called Dr. Chien and he had my local pharmacist fill an order for painkillers within half an hour.
No long waiting room stays - I've never waited for more than 3-5 minutes before seeing an assistant or hygienist. Appointments are as fast or slow as they need to be. I don't feel rushed, but I know that I won't waste time waiting around, so I can get back to work or make it to dinner on time.
It's easy to schedule appointments, and the office texts and emails you reminders and rescheduling options as your next appointment is coming up.
The services are very affordable, and Dr. Chien doesn't push any unnecessary procedures despite having a clientele flush with premium dental coverage.
Overall, my experience at Bellevue Family Dentistry has been excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Chien and the many great team members you'll get to work with.

Dr. Chien is very detail in cleaning my teeth. I have a rare staining issue and he always spend a lot of time making my tooth shine again. He also constantly looking for newer and better ways to recommend for taking care of my teeth. Really appreciate his help!

Dr Chien is down to earth and works very well with me on my issues. His prices are fair and affordable. I am retired and on a fixed income and have no dental insurance.
