Dr. Packard and his staff are very professional and caring. They've done such a great job with our daughter. As a young girl she was scared of the shot for the numbing injection. They were so soft and caring and put her at ease through all of her dental work and did a great job of explaining things to her and my husband as they went along. Debbie at the scheduling desk is always a joy. They work great with handling insurance needs and knowing their stuff when it comes to different plans. We're happy to have them as our family dentist!

I had an apt here last week it was my first time, I arrived a few minutes early to ensure I had enough time to fill out the paperwork, I was there less than 3 minutes and they had taken me back! Took my X-rays and all the stuff you do at the first apt the DR came in took a look and said we have time today to do the work if you’d like SAME day which was awesome since my availability is only Mondays and to have everything done in 1 sitting was awesome! 1 thing that I’m not really a fan of with limited availability is that if you have state insurance you can only schedule week of and with Monday’s being my only available day makes it hard to call Monday and be seen Monday. But overall Rosa was the dental assistant that helped me and she was great, asked questions and made my first time a little easier 😌😊thank you

I recently started going to Creekside Dental last year and today was my second visit. Very pleased with my visit. Jasmine who was my hygienist was very kind and made me feel really comfortable during my appointment. Great job Creekside!

I love going to Creekside Dental! Dr. Packard and his staff are so very nice and thorough. His dental assistants are great, too, especially Barb Harris. I recommend Creekside Dental very highly!

First off I have never been the person who likes posting negative and unpleasant experiences via social media, but in this case I found it necessary so others are aware of the unnecessary practice taken by Creekside Dental. I originally phoned Creekside to get my teeth cleaned, and I would like to be set up on their 6 month cleaning schedule. Around the 2nd cleaning I informed the dentist I thought I may have a cracked tooth, he assured me that I did and it would need to be pulled. I told him I thought I could get by for a while longer without having it pulled. It was a couple of weeks later, on a weekend and I bit into something and it cracked more to the point I had to seek an emergency dentist. I found a dentist that would do the procedure and it was pulled that weekend. When I called to make my next cleaning appointment at Creekside, I was told I could no longer receive care at their clinic because I chose to go to a different clinic to get my bad tooth pulled. Was I wring to seek care for a tooth that off the charts pain level? Should I have just dealt with the pain hoping Creekside had an opening their next business day? Or was I in the right to take care of my needs at the time I needed care? So I'm just writing to inform future patients looking for care to just be aware of this practice at Creekside........if you get care from another dentist, for any reason, they MAY drop you. Good practice? You can be the judge.😔 Now, a day later, Creekside Dental responds to my review by saying they do not know for sure if I was a patient there.....seriously? I have past records of being a patient there and could post a picture of the actual appointment and times. Also, no, there was never any conflict between the doctor and myself. I was told by staff at the office that because I sought treatment elsewhere and Quote: "We would prefer to handle our patients as us being their only provider, that way we know everything going on with our patients, when patients seek treatment by other dentists then it disrupts our quality of care." This was said by the office manager as I sat in his office questioning why they would not clean my teeth anymore and was dropping me as a patient there. Again, there was NEVER any conflicts between I or any of their staff. And Yes Creekside, I was a patient with your office and the only 'unworkable' part of this is that the only work I ever received by your office was the cleaning of my teeth and when I decided to get a tooth pulled, your office was not the one who did it, so I believe at that point was when I ruffled some feathers. Like I said in the beginning of my post, I don't like posting negative but in this case your office treated me very poorly and unproffesionally. I'm a person like anyone else trying to stay healthy and seeking the best of care for my needs.

I have been taking my kids to Creekside Dental for many years now. Dr. Perry is awesome and explains any needed treatment well and answers all my questions. The staff is friendly and caring all around and I'm always recommending Creekside Dental to everyone!

I want to share my appreciation for the staff at Creekside Dental. They are kind and caring & friendly. Dr Perry treats my special needs sister with respect and compassion! Her hygenist Chris is awesome and amazing as well! They make going to the dentist an easy & fun experience for my, once nervous sister!! Thanks everyone!!

This was my first time at Creekside Dental, everyone was really friendly! Dr. Bennett is an awesome dentist and knows what he’s doing, Yuliya was my hygienist and she was awesome and kind, I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

We started going to Creekside Dental this year and could not be happier. Their staff is outstanding, very friendly, outgoing and for the first time in my life, going to the dentist isn't something I dread. They were accommodating in helping us figure out the best financial route to getting the work done that we needed. I highly recommend Creekside Dental!
