Really frustrated. Last year we had dental work for my SO who is on my dental insurance and his own, basically Delta Dental paid both claims (both our insurances), and I was told that our patient responsibility was only $295, but we were charged $646 out of pocket. We should have a credit of $ 351 on our account, but we hear nothing but crickets.
I would like the amount credited to our account owed.

My family has been going to creekside dental for several years. They are always very patient and good with my small children. Great service for kids. Great service for my and my husband too. I feel like the people here are honest and don't push services you don't need. It is a large office with several dentists and hygienists but they are always friendly and personable. The billing people have been pretty good. We have caught two or three billing errors over the years but once we let them know they have corrected them promptly.

Two huge issues. First they neglected to tell me they no longer accept our insurance before our appointment or when we arrived that day. They didn't tell me until AFTER the cleanings and x-rays had been done! Now I have a bill for something that would have cost nothing anywhere that accepted our insurance. Also at this appointment they tell me my son had 4 cavities that needed to be filled fight away, another son needed 6 sealants, and another needed wisdom teeth out. They asked if they could do some of the work right then and there and handed me a statement with what it would cost. They pressured me. I was shocked about the insurance thing so of course I said no. I booked appointments for my boys with another dentist and found out my son had one cavity (not 4!) and the other didn't need wisdom teeth out. I feel taken advantage by this place.
As for their reply, you "accept" Cigna, but you are not contracted with them. Otherwise there would be no charge for cleanings. You should be upfront with your clients. It's been almost a year and those cavities you spoke of are still nowhere in sight.
I can see they've been flooded with "5 star" reviews the last couple months. Trying to bury the negative ones no doubt.

Loved my visit here! I was a new patient the other day and was well taken care of by Kim and Dr. Bennett. They helped me feel comfortable the whole time and even helped me understand with pictures... so awesome!! I will be back again.

I have been going to Creekside Dental for many years now. I have always been greeted with smiles and felt welcomed every time i come through the doors. The hygienists and Dr. Bennett have been more then accommodating with issues or questions. I have gotten regular cleanings, wisdom teeth removal, and cavity fillings here. Every time they made sure i was comfortable and not in pain. I will continue to come to Creekside Dental for the foreseeable future.

If you are looking for a new dentist, you should definitely start going here. Dr. Bennet makes you feel comfortable and makes sure you understand what is going on with your dental care. It has been really difficult for me to feel comfortable at a dentist office and everyone here has made me feel welcomed. Julie is always friendly and Jasmine does great when I go in for a cleaning. The whole team goes above and beyond.

How do you find a great dental service? My wife and I moved to Kennewick 2 years ago and knew no one to ask for a recommendation for a dental service.
I looked for one close to where we live and was accepted by my insurance. Shot in the dark.
We were delighted to discover Creekside Dental.
They treat you like a person and not simply a patient. We are able to discuss our dental care and have input in choosing options. No pressure.
My hygienist, Barb, is the best. She is personable and makes you comfortable as she explains the procedure. My wife sees a different hygienist and is equally pleased.
So even though you may be getting lots of dental ads in the mail, you will not regret choosing Creekside Dental.

I have been a patient for quite a few years. I have seen the departure of a few dentists and then been referred to another dentist in the office. I have always been pleased with my care.
