No help stay away they dont do what they say they are going to do never helped ice been waiting 3 years for them to find me a dentist and now they say they aren't taking my insurance I have to be seen again and have to pay out of pocket $198.. RIP off

Aspen is a very poor dental service! I was made to wait two hours as a first time patient, only for them to tell me that they don't take my insurance after already being examined and the special toothpaste and mouthwash they were supposed to write me was never written. The lady behind the desk informing me that they don't take my insurance, while being very short and rude with me, said she was going to call Mountain State, a dental service that DOES take my insurance to set up an appointment for dental extraction never did. I'm very upset with their poor service and unprofessionalism. I work as a chainman for a sawmill and I don't make enough money to pay out of pocket nor can I afford insurance and thusly I'm left with a smile with no hope of ever being corrected. Dental services should NOT be so expensive because people need to have nice smiles to benefit their health, help them find well paying jobs and not be afraid to smile in public because of poor teeth. No one is going to hire someone with a smile that shows missing or broken teeth. Thanks Aspen dental for letting me down and for your lack of compassion!! I will never recommend this dental service!

I want my money or at. least 700.00 dollars back I paid for immediate classic dentures and I changed to comfiylites have I the basic temporary because I was going to get comfiylites and changed my mind and cancelled them .😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😥😭😭 I canceled before any impressions were done over a monthe before 6 months I want my money. I do not want a hard lining in these temporary ones !!

I would like to thank the staff for making me feel at home and be patient with my off the wall humor. Although, I would rather have all my teeth out so I won't have to deal with the cavities and teeth breaking when I am eating. I think that I am going to get dentures. EXCELLENT JOB LADIES!!!

The workers are great but the bottom plate I got is useless can't wear it the teeth is so sharp it cuts my upper gums done been back so many times it's a shame I've still got my first bottom plate from 15 yes ago awesome fit. Won't recommend them heard to many friends talk about the plates not fitting
