We received substandard dental care from Dr. Batchelor which caused my child to be in pain and resulted in two molars having to be pulled. The office staff treated us rudely and the corporate office manager would not return calls as requested. The other dentist told us he did not agree with Dr. Batchelor's decision and then backtracked later.
